Amazing one-on-one player.
...^^^:doi:
...primadonna
...arrogance beyond arrogance
...still an MJ wanna be without all the titles or the stifling defense or the type of competitiveness that transcsends all of the other players around him and results in gutcheck victories.
...a front running quitter
...not as tough as he thinks he is.
The good news is that LeBron has passed him up as the best player in the game today.

Amazing one on one player and has become a great team player. If you actually watched the games you would see he is very adept at choosing when to concentrate on getting his teamates looks and when to take over.

Primadonna and arrogance... WOW... never seen that from an NBA superstar. I think you would be hard pressed not to see those traits in most, even your boy Lebron.

MJ wanna be that is the closest to being as even verified by MJ himself. 3 titles...and not done yet. Maybe you should wait until he is to make those comments as the Lakers have a very good chance to add a few more in the next few years.

Plays as good a defense as any in the nba. While I will admit he doesnt play at the level he can consistantly, there is no denying his abilities in this area. Ask any of his Olympic teamates if you think otherwise.

Without the type of competitiveness that transcsends all of the other players around him and results in gutcheck victories. Such an ignorant comment that no reply is needed.

Front running quitter? What does that mean? Of course you are basing that on the one game against the Suns where he didnt take the shots in the second half of game 7. One game. So I guess your entire team falls into this catagory after their 40 game quit job this year.

Not as tought as he think he is.... hmmm, again you might think to actually look at the interviews of other players in the league that say just the opposite... but then again, i doubt reality gets past your hater goggles.

Lebron is a great player and had a great year. Funny how you post comment after comment on how Kobe isnt this or that and then follow it up by saying he is the best player in the league and only surpassed by Lebron this year. So you admit that he is the 2nd best player in the league. Nice to see you come around!:D

You contradicted yourself... but hey... as Donald said... Haters, they gotta hate.

LOL, jealous? No... thankyou i'm very happy with my particular team allegiance:).

Kobe is a notoriously hated player among non-Laker fans(Um...thats alot of folks Cobby.)I'm sorry that your boy is a huge target of criticism and you have a hard time taking it.
Most just claim to hate him and thats it. I on the other hand can give him his props and still hate his overgrown punk a$$.:D

Maybe you could start a Kobe Bryant appreciation thread.

Tmac and Pierce are guys i can't stand, especially since Tmac has so much talent yet his team is far better without him. Also, I hate how Pierce claimed to be the best player in the world. He isn't even on the same level as Kobe, LeBron, and Wade. He's just slightly above Carmelo in my book.

No need to do that. I admire Kobe's game and also realize he has faults. I was just pointing out that the majority of your comments are just simply unfounded. Arrogant and cocky... sure... again, most superstars are. Your other comments are just plain absurd and unfounded. You yourself contradicted your own comments. It's all good Mojoey. You bash Kobe as much as I do Shaq. But at least get your facts straight.

Mojoey? Come on Cobby you can do better than that.
Facts? What facts? This is a hater thread. No need to come in here and defend your boy.
If you had come in here and stated that u hated Shaq or Nash you would've recieved some backlash(after all this is a SUNS forum) but i wouldn't expect you to support your Shaq bashing with any facts....I called Kobe out, get over it.

Forgive them, they can't understand how every team board fails to adhere to the same 'I love Kobe' rules.

I wouldn't call Rondo or Bowen superstars. I would also beg to differ with you on Amare. He isn't a thug. In fact, he overcame a lot of adversity of a kid and fought hard to avoid becoming one. He is a physical player and whines no more or less than any other big man in the game, so I wouldn't call him a cry baby either. Sure he can be a moron at times, but I don't think you've found the right term with "thug", "punk", or "cry baby".

I'll concede on Bowen, but Rondo definitely seems to have Super Star status lately. I'll agree though, it's debatable. Amare, I just think is lazy and selfish which I find to be a shame because talent wise, he's one of the best in the league hands down. With a little attitude adjustment, he would be a dominant player on both ends of the floor.

Kobe and Malone, who viciously use their elbows to intimidate and hurt opponents.

I can't really find it in myself to like or dislike Kobe as a person.. although he certainly shows his competitive nature on the court, personality wise it's hard to tell what he is actually like because he keeps his media mask on at all times like Tiger or A-Rod. Obviously the Colorado thing is basically the first thing anyone thinks of when it comes to Kobe, but I didn't keep up with it enough to know if there was anything conclusive? I don't understand how anyone could dislike him as a player, other than his bitching at the refs I guess.

I'm not a big Dwight Howard fan.. He's a great guy and everything, I just think with his physical gifts he could easily be the most dominant player to ever set foot on a court. Instead he averages 20 a night? I mean, that guy is just a complete freak of nature, much more so than even Shaq ever was. We always bash Amare for not living up to his potential, but if Howard made half the strides Amare has since he's come into the league he'd already have his name in the argument for MDE (which now is a Wilt and Shaq exclusive club, and in his round-about way.. MJ).

I think he could still get there, but I thought this would be the year he made a lot of strides on offense and he didn't make any at all.

I'm not a big Billups, Parker, Ginobili or Devin Harris (he's probably not considered a superstar I guess) fan either because I think a lot of their game is predicated on referee manipulation, although what Billups has done for Denver this year makes it hard for me to have anything but the utmost respect for him.

Haters hate greatness.........those whose (level) you cannot attain you wish to launch criticism. You have pure envy my friend. Plain and simple.
