what surprised me was that it wasn't even close. parvarti or whatever, the asian guy and the other white guy all voted for jp.

Yep, I think it was 7-2 to vote him out.

That was great that guy thinks he's got everything under control and he's running the show and they totally blindside him at tribal council.

Talk about owned and at least he was man enough to admit they fooled him and didn't get all bitter about it. But come on when you're admitting to Jeff at council that you will tell people what to do "and sometimes I'll even tell them I'm going to take a nap", you know you're too comfortable.

I wonder if this guys ever watched the show before! Everyone knows that if you are built Physically in any way, the weaker players will eventually single you out an knock you off. I don't understand how he could ever feel comfortable.

If I was on that show I would be paranoid as hell and eavesdropping on every conversation. Anytime someone would say "Lets go some coconuts/water" to another teammate, I would know that coconuts/water were the last thing on their mind.

Here's my whine from last night. When you get the chance to observe the other teams tribal council and then "kidnap" one player and save them from the vote, why in the hell would you take a strong player who is in no jeopardy of being voted off? You hear they're voting off Christina, any SMART team would save Christina and force them to vote off someone they wanted to keep yes? That just blew me away when they missed that.

Candace is really playing this game well, she flirts with guys on the other team, and yet plays tough as nails in the competitions too. I have a feeling she could go really far if they don't decide we gotta break up the whitey alliance.

Well part of it could be that they wanted another strong player for the next "reward" challenge, but you should think about winning Immunity more then reward.

Course you could also say picking thier best player is a mind game, make them believe you are working out an alliance with him when he goes back, and create more disension in the ranks of thier team.

Wow, did Brad wuss out or what on the rewards challenge? I think I'll not swim and do the puzzle instead because "i'm good at seeing things spatially". So they send out Rebecca who clearly can barely swim, nearly drowns, and they lose the challenge?

Otherwise interesting show, so glad to see "Flicka" finally go, I never forgave her for stupidly releasing the chickens by accident.

Can you eat a seagull? Ozzy caught one, those things are like bilge rats they eat anything I'd be terrified of what sort of diseases they may have.

I really want Ozzy to win this he's great in the challenges and seems to really understand the dynamics of the show. He's smart enough to see that being that good makes him a threat, so he talks about it and not as a threat just as a pointing out you won't eat nearly as well without me. If not him I'm pulling for Candace or Parvati because they're both tough.

I'm pulling for them because they are tough and totally HOT! Although Ozzy probably deserves to win the most he won't last long because he has a target on his back. I'm just glad that they kicked Flicka off as she is totally clueless on how to play the game.

Last night's episode was good.

The mutiny was interesting. Candice really pissed of Ozzy. I wouldn't tangle with Ozzy......he looks like he'll be impossible to beat in individual immunities.

How is Jonathan not voted off yet?? This season has been a little bit bizzarre...the Rocker guy who told Candice he loved her....now Jonathan is following her around like a lost puppy.

They started the Jury early....wonder where they are going with that...and shouldn't a merge have happened already?? I like that they are shaking the formula up some.

Agree on all points.

Jonathan seems to be the guy everyone distrusts and wants to keep around because they know nobody will vote for him at the end. Sort of a get out of jail free card.

I do think Candace might have screwed up but until they merge she's safe.

AHHH, just remember that I missed this week's episode because of Thanksgiving. :( I read about it on the Survivor website and it seemed like it was pretty good...oh well. I liked the black dude but at least there's still Parvati and Candice. Hehe...:) But the white people are taking over the game. :(

Nate went off bigtime after being voted off. His exit speech was pretty out there, called Jonathan all sorts of names etc. Guess it didn't occur to him that Jonathan essentially tried to suggest to them that Yul might have the idol and they all said(including Nate) no he doesn't have it. Turned out it didn't matter Nate got 1 more vote than Yul so he didn't have to reveal the idol.

But he did reveal earlier to Jonathan that he had it, in order to get Jonathan to vote Nate out.

In typical Survivor fashion, once you think you are in control, you are the guy that's gone. Jonathan made a smart move because he would have been history if he didn't switch sides again. Nate is a fool.

And this was borne out in last night's show. The show is playing out quite nicely, next week they're making it look like Ozzie and Yul might have a power struggle.

I like the way this show is playing out though. I can't wait to see Adam go he's so damn annoying, Jonathan nailed it, he acts as if Jonathan is the first person in the history of survivor to change alliances. Hell Jonathan's island girlfriend Candice did the exact same thing, BEFORE Jonathan.

I think Parvati is the dark horse here.

Adam will be targeted and removed by Yul and Ozzie. Ozzie will then seek Parvati in an alliance......turning on Jul.

I think Jul makes the final 2, but it seems like he won't have a ton of votes on the jury. My gut is Parvati wins the final Immunity Challenge and cuts Ozzie's throat.

Unfortunately, it looks like Yul, Adam, and Ozzie will create enough competitive distractions that the three women will probably slip through to the end. Typical.

Weird they brought along 3. Becky had no shot.

Ozzie should have won imo. I was pulling for Yul except at the very end. He wanted to make some profound statement about how great it was that 4 minorities made it to the end.

If you translate it he basically said white people suck or something.

Anyway after being up 4 votes to 3 Ozzie looked crushed when he lost. That must have hurt.

You know I was going to say the same thing about Yul's comment, he thinks he's being racially diverse but he was being racist. He basically said I didn't want a white person to win? THere were 20 people at teh start, 5 of them white, so the odds were pretty much AGAINST a white person winning, but Yul made it sound like the game is stacked for white people to win. It's not like he's the first minority to win, we have had a black winner, a hispanic, hell the first winner was an openly gay man who walked around nude half of the show.

Up until that point I liked Yul but I really took offense to those comments. I wanted Ozzy to win I wonder if he hurt himself when he said something about a Mexican dominating a bunch of other people but I don't think so. I think in the end the key was Adam promising Yul a vote without knowing that Yul wasn't really saving him, smart move by Yul.

I will say this, Yul was very good but his entire game came down to having the hidden idol. If he'd never gone to Exile, he'd have never won the game. His comment about letting ozzy carry the contests was comical he really thinks we believe he let Ozzy win?

I honestly wonder if they didn't make this decision figuring that without taking 3 there would be no suspence on the winner. I mean look at it this way, we have final 4: Ozzie, Becky, Yul and Sundra. I am sure the producers took one look at that and figures with Yul or Ozzie would win the 1st immunity challenge and then either Becky or Sundra would be gone. leaving us Yul, Ozzie and Becky/Sundra. if you have anoterh immunity contest it would probably be Yul or Ozzie again, if Yul won he votes out Ozzie, if Ozzie wins he votes out Yul, leaving one of them against Becky/Sundra, and based on how both Yul and Ozzie played noone would have given a vote to one of the girls this year. So to keep suspense up they had to device a way to keep both Yul and Ozzie, and since they had allready declared the hidden immunity could only be used up until the vote out to the final 3 and not during the final three to 2 they had to keep 3 in for the finale.

Also by keeping 3 they actually HURT Yul since he lost Becky's vote since she was in the final 3.
