my God... I can so see this playing out... and we'll take Lauri to make my head completely explode.
I'll say this, whenever we've drafted the guy I hate (Nash or Marion) instead of the guy I wanted (Wallace or maggette) the Suns nailed it. So maybe that's a good thing?

That was the Colangelos drafting... big difference.

Gambo reported today that Tatum isn't on the table if Jackson is there. The only other consideration is Fox, who has some strong love within the organization.

That's a relief!

I don't care if you are a mod Chris because I'm holding you accountable on this one...:gun:

Oh and we will be trading Bledsoe right away if we draft Fox, but Bledsoe really likes it here and hopes to stay.

The only way we end up with Tatum honestly is if Jackson is taken and the Bledsoe / Tatum group wins out over the Fox group.

So I guess blame Bledsoe for being a good soldier compared to Dragic if we end up with Tatum

True. I guess that would be an argument to draft Tatum is it would keep Bledsoe here.

Ohh...for the love of Bled...please just give us Jackson.

I kind of want to watch Fox give Ball the D for the next 5 years.

In a van...down by the river.
Jackson is still my guy but i could get pretty excited over a Booker/Fox/Ulis backcourt rotation. Add to that, the possibility of using Bledsoe to try to move back into the first round and/or add another asset(if Fox is drafted).

I'd be good with either of those scenarios, using Bledsoe as a trade chip.

If we pass on either Jackson or Fox for Tatum I'm gonna pissed.

I hope we don't pass on Jackson for Isaac if both are available.

Gambo is saying Celts likely take Tatum and we take Jackson unless we can swing Bledsoe for something we want, then we'll take Fox.

I hope we get Jackson. We either get a great player if we keep him or another highly coveted asset for a bigger deal down the road.

Funny, more talk about Josh Jackson on ESPN all day than almost all the other players combined.

How I would like to get Jackson and Fox out of this draft.

Isaac and Fox would work almost as well.

Welcome to the newest suns player.

JOSH JACKSON!!!!

:bday:

I'm glad he was our pick but I'm not so sure it's set in stone that he will be a Sun though. This takes away all of the frustration of falling to #4 though. We got who we should have taken at #2 or #3 if we landed at either of those spots.
