Thank you all for another great season

Ugh!

The end of the season always sucks. It will seem like forever before another Cardinals game is played.

Thanks to all the ASFN'er for all the fun and banter during the season.

That was a tough loss today against a very good Saints team. The injuries didn't help either.

But, yet another playoff appearance and another good season from the Cardinals.

Of course this thread will be filled with negativity in a matter of seconds but I wanted to give a thanks to all the fans, players, and everyone involved with the Cardinals for another fun season.

No matter what, it beats having the season end in November.

Vent all you need (and I will be on other threads ). But then pick your heads up, and get ready for next season!!!!!

You know, I was thinking back to where we were after the Colts game at 1-2. To go 10-4 after that going into today's game is really pretty damn special. We got another home playoff game and we won it. It was a hell of a ride, and I thank all of you for your part in it for me.

Only Cardinals fans would be so appreciative of a season like this. Even after a gut wrenching final game.

Great season and some nice wins vs Giants, Vikings, and I will never forget the Packers game. I am actually going to root for the Saints and Bolts. I would rather have this then a 5-11 or below type year.

YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!! The Cards have NOTHING to be ashamed of! They battled HARD all year!! This game just had too much to over-come. Short week after a physically/emotionally draining WIN the week before; Traveling to a hostile environment; Losing 2 starters in the secondary early... BUT let me throw out something POSITIVE. There IS ALOT of GOOD, YOUNG, TALENT on this team and that bodes well for the future! GOD BLESS, my friends! I ENJOYED sharing this season with you! Mark in SC

Thanks Cardinals and ASFN for another good season.

It was an uphill climb to go on the road on a short week to the well-rested and full-strength #1 seed after an exhausting overtime first-round game. I'm proud of my Cardinals.

Now let's fortify the team in the offseason, extend Q, sign Karlos, get some linebackers and cornerbacks and continue the Whis dynasty.

Crappy ending to a good year. I'm a little sour that we went out like that but hey, it took 6 playoff games for the bad Cardinals to finally show up. Ah well it was a fun ride as always. I just hope we haven't seen the last of Q, Kurt, and Dansby in a Cardinals uniform.

There was too much to overcome for the Cardinals today. Tough way to end an excellent season.

But as a Cardinals fan, I don't even feel bad. In the fall of last year I said I would consider the season a success if the Cardinals won their division and got into the playoffs, it would be great if they won at least one playoff.

Accomplished!

Now it is important that the organization capitalize upon the momenteum gained over the past couple of seasons. Even though this years team did not progress as far in the playoffs as last season, I think there is evidence to support the claim that this season's team was better than last seasons.
