No Iggy again tonight, will be re-evaluated in a week. Kerr was asked if they had any plan to activate Wiseman since they're down 2 players and the Grizz get back Adams and he said absolutely not. Getting really concerned about his knee.

FYI I'd forgotten the story but Iggy was with the Grizzlies but never reported. When they acquired him the plan was to trade or cut him so he'd go to a contender but he wasn't healthy and didn't want to play for them so he sat out. Turns out Ja and especially Dillon Brooks really didn't like that they said he didn't think we were good enough. so he went to Miami and made the finals one year, and now is back with the W's. Brooks apparently is quite open about his disdain for Iggy.

I don’t blame iggy for wanting to play for a contender, but sitting out was lame bc the griz didn’t do him dirty. Sit out if a team doesn’t want to pay you fairly or does something else to you, but otherwise be a pro, report, and play if you’re capable. I’m stand with Ja and brooks on this one.

Kuminga starting..hes either trusted in primetime, or theres just simply no one better now that Paytons out. Give it to Kerr keeping Looney on the bench

Much ado about nothing. They weren’t getting good Iggy anyway. This season proves he needs to retire.

Is he starting for Poole? if he is I assume it's so they have offense on the bench and they spread out the fouls. Also, if they put Wiggins on Ja, that means they need another guy with size to guard one of the 2 bigs for Memphis and he probably figures Kuminga might be a better matchup with offense and then Looney off the bench for defense?

Pretty remarkable 19 starting in big games but with payton and Iggy out they don't have much of an option.

If they finally start making shots they should be ok but that's largely due to Memphis' defense.

I get that but I think it's easy for young guys like Brooks and Ja to think that. If they're still in the league at Iggy's age they will probably understand why he wanted to be on a contender and didn't want to report, he can't play a full season

Sure but he could have reported, help mentor the young players and still been moved at the deadline.

OMG Why are they continuing with the stupid strategy to let Morant just take uncontested threes?

Kerr needs to do his freaking job…this is three straight games of this bull crap sagging off of Morant at the top of the arc…it’s a complete and utter dud and fail strategy.

not sure I've seen a team hit 3 beat the shot clock long 3's in a quarter like this. Ja, Jackson and Williams all had to take long 3's to beat the clock and all nothing but net. I actually agree with the announcer the Warriors defense is doing what they want to do, memphis just keeps making the shots.

You know all these pundits out here keep saying,” oh the Warriors pedigree, oh their experience oh they’re at home”, yada yada yada. Yet it’s the warriors who are running around frantically taking bad shots having bad space on the floor making terrible decisions.

Otto porter has made a big impact on the series. he needs more minutes …things seem to turn around whenever he comes in the game

All things considered I'll take it.

6 threes by Memphis, Curry only 3 points, tons of turnovers and they're only down 2 and would be tied if the ref didn't call a foul on Poole because Bane hit him with the ball and lost it.

yep he flipped that quarter the zone worked so much better because of his defense.

He was plus 8, Kuminga was -10 3 turnovers.

Porter and Looney changed the game because of their interior defense
