This kid is a game changer. He is going to be an absolute stud in this league. Whether they have to give up Boldin or not, they need to find a way to draft him.

Im convinced if either him or Beanie Wells falls to #31, we have to scoop one of them up. Brown is nice, but I don't think he is going to be a special back.

Moreno is the only back I want in the first day. The thought of drafting him is the only reason why I am fine with trading Anquan.

Please God, No! Why are some people so enamored with Knowshon Moreno?

I agree that we need a good RB. The only thing separating last years team with the 1999 St, Louis Rams was a top notch RB. If we can find a home run threat RB, our offense is nearly bullet proof.

Moreno is NOT that type of back. He doesn't have speed. That is my biggest concern. I see him getting dragged down from behind by LBers on a regular basis. DE's will be chasing him down in the NFL.

And he's not all that powerful and he's not all that shifty. He's slightly above average in those two categories, but not so great that he can overcome his lack of break away ability.

I'd much rather go into the season with the Raging Bull, Hightower, starting at RB. Give him a year experience in the NFL and I think he will step up his game. He has the burst, he has the power, he has the nose for the end-zone, he has the mentality, he has the maturity. Not to mention his price is much, much lower than a 1st rounder.

I firmly believe the only RB in this draft who has the ability to be a true game-breaker from day 1 is Chris Wells. His injury concerns really scare me though. Still, if he's there at #31, I think you have to take him. He is the total package (again, minus the injury concerns). After that, Donald Brown is the Type of RB who is probably going to be a 10 year starter in the NFL with 2-3 pro-bowls under his belt in that time. If he is there at #31, I think you have to take him.

After those two RB's, I'd be just as happy using a later round selection on a RB or two. Like Kory Sheet and Stephens Howling, or what ever his name is. I saw a little Felix Jones in him.

You may be rigth about Hightower. But we still need a RB just in case.

Emmitt Smith never outran anyone either, did he? Watch out for wells and moreno, they might be special backs in the League.

Actually, Emmitt Smith did have some break away speed. Wells and Moreno may too tho.

I prefer a pass rusher in the first, but if one of the three top rb's fall to us at 31 I wouldn't be disappointed if we took one. Of the three, I think I actually prefer Donald Brown. I like his humble, hard working attitude that goes with his ability. In my eyes there are alot of similarities between him and a young Emmitt Smith.

If he was all that, he'd be a projected top ten pick. He's good, but he's not Adrian Peterson. Donald Brown + Anquan Boldin > Knowshon Moreno and I really, really like Knowshon.
