There is no player I hate more than James Harden. Biggest flopper in the league
I didn't expect this to be the game OKC took on Miami's court, but they were in it at the end.
I was thinking game 4 to get it back to 2-2, then drop game 5. Kind of similar to the Lakers/Celtics series from a couple of years ago, even though the Lakers won the game 3. I didn't think the Thunder would be ready for a Finals game 3 on the road, while that Lakers team was. I do think the Thunder will be ready for game 4 like crazy, though.

Am I the only one who hates the NBA Finals 2-3-2 format?
If the team that has earned home court advantage going into the Finals loses one of their first two games at home, the opposing team can win it all without the other team ever returning home. Maybe history does not support this but I believe it gives the team that did not have the home court advantage... an advantage in regards to finishing it off on their home court.
I still believe the 2-2-1-1-1 is the most fair format. It gives both teams a better chance of rebooting.
Doesn't really bother me and does not necessarily benefit the away team. ESPN mentioned that since 1985, when the NBA began the 2-3-2 format, only two teams have ever won all three games consecutively.

Actually, five teams have won the middle 3 games:
1990 Pistons
1991 Bulls
2001 Lakers
2004 Pistons
2006 Heat
i think the stat TJ is referring to is that only 2 HOME TEAMS have won the middle 3 home games.
That's not to say either of them are as good overall as Magic and Bird, but both have similar games to their counterparts. Lebron's all flash and fun and Durant's the nice kid from the sticks who just balls like a mother. It's been pretty damn fun to watch so far and I think it's just gonna get better.
