I like the pick. He is the explosive WR the Cards needed and who has an extra gear to separate from defenders. I was hoping we might get him later and I preferred Herron, but this guy is electric and probably the fastest WR left on the board.

Wow, Herron is still on the board as well!

Sure, before you step on my character, the mascot name of their college is apparently the gorillas

that is all I could come up with, the gorillas is all I know about this kid, I hope this is the genius gem that makes scouts look super smart but he is fast it seems

Wasn't stepping on your character. I was actually trying to protect it.

They couldn't get him in the 5th?. Keim must have very long arms because he's been reaching the whole time.

Yep

Darren Urban @Cardschatter
Keim said Brown is a T.Y. Hilton-type (sounds familiar ...). Arians said Brown a combo of Antonio Brown/Hilton. #CardsDraft

Needs coming into the draft:

QBOTF
LB
OL

And we draft:

CB
TE
DE
WR

Can someone please explain this to me?

SS and TE were two of the biggest needs. Yeremiah Bell was horrible, do you really think otherwise?

TE was so bad at blocking we rolled a third tackle out there often (Massie).

I'm not going to pay attention to any more of pre-draft talk from the Cards about BPA and "sticking to the board".

Just rank our biggest needs, match with leaner positions in draft, and we will have a much better bead on who we will actually pick.

The Brown kid ran a punt back for a TD the very first time he touched the ball as a collegian. If coach thinks he is better than Ellington, then he must be good. I trust our coach on this one.
