It makes me sad that one of the best Cardinals player will never win a SB ring with us. He's a grown ass man.

Boldin is an absolute stud. Seeing a receiver lower his shoulder after the catch to fight for extra yards and punish the opposing secondary is frick'n awesome. He looks like a tight end, in fact Thom Brennaman actually confused him with Pope by accidentally calling Boldin the "big tight end" when he made a touchdown grab. I hope he retires a Cardinal.

I guess never say never but his heart and talent is being wasted on our team. Until we made a turnaround just like the patriots did he will just have a sour taste in his mouth and move on when his contract is over. I for on will hate to see that since he's one of my favorite Cards but I support the team not just one specific player.

Q was awesome yesterday but he did have a completely undisciplined and stupid unsportsmanlike penalty after his TD...didn't hurt the team THIS time but someday it might. I am all for played on the ragged edge but that was just stupid.

See I usually agree with you but I disagree with this comment. First off Lewis tackled Q after he was already in for teh TD, not a cheap shot but he was already in the endzone. Q didn't spike the ball at Lewi's feet although he did
quite clearly say something to him as he was spiking it. And Calvisi reported on radio that Lewis was trashtalking the Cards players the entire game, on every play. And that at least twice in the game Q had been thrown to the ground after a catch and taunted, so he responded with a spike and saying something, and got the penalty.

I've seen the replay of that I think it's the classic case of Lewis getting extra leeway that Q doesn't get, if Lewis did that after a play he wouldn't get the penalty.

I've seen Q get dumb penalties before but I thought that was a bad call.

Part of being disciplined though is not retaliating in a stupid fashion and costing your team 15 yards. That is where the discipline comes in because every damn referee on the field is now watching you and seeing you spike the ball "at someone's feet". I don't think it had anything to do with what Q said, it was the action of spiking the ball at/towards a Ravens player.

it was the taunt, flexing and yelling at ravens in the endzone with him.

Edit - which I agreed with, nothing wrong with flexing and talking trash, I do it when he scores too.

Give me a break. That little spike and felxing of his muscles in NO WAY deserved a penalty. Nor did the celebration in the Endzone by the Ravens following the punt return. Those refs were completely insane yesterday with that.

Q more often then not just drops the ball and keeps moving when he scores. I dont begrudge that tiny celebration that should have no way been penalized.
