No, not calling for his head yet.

Just thought we might as well have it ready to go. :D

Any positive feelings I had about this guy evaporated when I heard he wants (badly) Todd Bowles to be his DC.

Just read a report the Cards will "aggressively pursue Bowles".

Who our competition? The grill at Mcdonalds? Todd Bowles is the Mike Miller of defenses. It makes me ill we will go from Horton to this bum.

Really, and what do you base that on? You do realize he was in consideration for DC along with Horton.

Same could be said about the SEA loss and Horton. Why couldn't he get his guys to make a stop?

If the D wanted to make a statement to Whiz that's fine, but if the players liked Horton so much they should have shown him more respect and played like they were capable of.

I think realistically that any improvement over our 5 wins will be a positive direction. With no QB we trust as yet and a developing OL, it may take a couple years for our new coach to decide we needs to be replaced and who is going to develop into a worthy starter.

I just hope our draft gives us something positive to feel good about. Heck, maybe most of our players can stay healthy for a year. That alone should produce 1 or more wins over last year.

We still need a great RB to go with what I hope is a soon to be stellar OL. To me the OL is the key to it all. If our coach continues the Whiz way by ignoring it, I won't expect anything different.

Maybe we trade Beanie, pick up Steven Jackson and hope Ryan Williams can avoid the FREAK injuries this year...BA is a huge fan of RW according to Wolfley
Jackson, Williams, Powell and Howlings would do well with a slightly improved O-Line

This. Oline is the key to success for our offense. Curious to see what kind of blocking scheme he brings in and how it will work with the players we have.
