During the intermission he called someone for an update on the Dbacks game and was very pleased they were losing 2-0. His wife was happy too. Idiot.

His wife looks nothing like I had expected although she does have a battleaxe look about her that measures up with her on-air personality.

I took my kids to three amusement parks last week. I managed to escape with my sanity (barely), and the kids had fun. I'll match my resume with yours for that award!

BTW, I'm sure "Dora" doesn't have anything on "Snoopy on Ice"!

LOL! If that's the case, you win! A used car that you don't have to push to start (like my first car) is good enough!

They didn't call me Pinto because I resembled a horse (in ANYway).

Graves on the air now, says talks with Boldin's agent was positive and he hopes for some good news this afternoon.

Graves has been in negotiations with Boldin's agent since this morning. Hopefully a deal will be struck soon

Graves hopes that something can be done with the two first rounders within the next 24 hours.

Jumpy in Jersey.

I repeat what I said on the other rook thread (because it's nearly Friday and the craziness in my skull is starting to rev up) - I think Rod comes out and says "he's close enough" to an agreement with all three guys so that they'll all be in Camp tomorrow for physicals, orientation and all that good stuff.

(It would buy him an extra day to cross all the t's and get the deals done before the contact stuff starts).

It's been a strange year for rookie signings. Only 6 first rounders and 9 secound rounders signed.

I took my oldest son who is 4 to his first movie...Nemo. It was cool watching him watch the movie and seeing his excitement. It was tough with all the kids in the movie for me to hear sometimes.

My son loves Snoopy so Snoopy on Ice will be on the agenda next time it is in town.

Graves is saying it's a slow signing year for rookies for the enitire league. The rookie cap only going up a bit is a factor.

Teams are being more strict w/ contracts - not as many bells and whistles

1 less year of proration - smaller signing bonuses

Did Rod or MJ say anything about Hayes tearing up his contract? Or was that someone's idea of a joke on the other thread?

Also said that people are less open to doing bells and whistles this year compared to last. That's a huge flashing warning sign for me.

Graves states that he is "hopeful" that get Boldin under contract, and says that Boldin is "anxious" to get on the field
