I eat the same thing for b'fast every weekday; coffee with cream, 2 slices light whole wheat toast, 2 slices of 2% cheese, 1 slice of turkey breast.

On weekends, I really splurge - I add one egg, over-easy. :)

I ate shredded wheat with milk for breakfast (a kind without the delicious frosting), but that was three hours ago and now I am starving. Cereal/shredded wheat just does not cut it. Perhaps I should have had more but that is a lot of just wheat and milk for breakfast.

with or without the frosting. Shredded Wheat is quite possibly the most disgusting packaged ANYTHING you can buy. I could shred some cardboard w/my paper shredder & save money if I wanted to eat that crap.

Breakfast always has been and always will be my favorite meal of the day. However, over the last 2 years or so, I have gotten out of sync and only eat breakfast on the weekends... :(

I do always make sure I eat lunch as there is no way I can make it thru a day without lunch. Monday thru Friday my meals are pretty much: no breakfast (or a blueberry muffin from Starbucks every once in a while), nice/healthy/low-fat lunch, and a healthy dinner...
On the weekends, I LOVE to make breakfast for me and the family. Pancakes, French Toast, Omlettes, Scrambled Eggs, Fried Eggs, Crapes, Homemade Waffles, Bacon, Sausage, Muffins, etc... Love it!!
We'll usually do a lighter lunch on the weekend due to the large breakfast, and then a nice big dinner...

Beef Jerky.

Breakfast of champions. Doesn't weigh you down and gives you the protein boost you need in the morning.

2 eggs over easy, 2 strips of bacon, grits, whole wheat toast, and green tea.

Sometimes homemade pork or chicken sausage instead of bacon.

I'll say that's a valid suggestion as to why you'd have that for breakfast. Sounds more like lunch material to me.

What an awesome breakfast!

I always have leftovers for breakfast. Today was steak with some grilled bell peppers and mixed veggies.

My apartment complex had a pancake breakfast. Coffee, pancakes, eggs, toast. Met a nice neighbor from San Fran. It was a good morning.

WHo can drink 52 oz of soda? Apparently, BIM and DCR. I could do 52 oz of coffee in the morning, probably. Guess I shouldnt judge.

I could do 52 of tea, easy. Some days I do 2 44-oz iced teas. 52 of soda? Never.

I had 2% greek yogurt with maple syrup. No coffee. Day 8 of no coffee. Gives me a slight headache just thinking about coffee.
