Tempe Mayor Mark Mitchell had lunch courtesy of Tucson Mayor Jonathan Rothschild as a result of a challenge issued by Mitchell this past November.
In November, Mitchell and Rothschild agreed that the Mayor of the losing team in the annual territorial cup football game would buy lunch in the winning Mayor’s city while wearing a jersey of the winning team.
