I wanted to see this on my birthday but it is only playing in Los Angeles and NY. You think, even with a limited release, they would include Phoenix considering Tilman's impact on this state.

While the film opens Aug. 20, it’s likely to reach local theaters Sept. 3.

It is more than likely it will be at the Harkins Camelview or the Harkins on Mill. I jut hope this plays out here in Connecticut otherwise I'll have to make a trip down to NYC to see it.​

That's good news. I figured it would be released nationwide within the next week or two. I just don't get why they decided to pick LA and not AZ for the limited release location. Why not both?

Most ( if not all) limited releases are only shown in NY and LA.

Buy the book by Jon Krakauer "Where Men Win Glory". I thought the book by Krakauer did a much better job of chronicling Tillman's life, death, and the attempted cover up/politicization of his death.

I thought the documentary wasn't done very well.

The unresolved circumstances and anger of the family are obvious in the documentary, but it something about it made it feel short.
