Man, that would be funny!

The X-Files to be Opened Up Soon Again?
Source: IESB , Moviehole
Saturday, September 11, 2004
There's a few interesting new developments on The X-Files 2 which may indicate that the sequel is closer than we thought. First up, the TV series star Robert Patrick tells IESB that his role is part of the film.
"We have the X-Files movie coming up soon and I can't wait to reprise my role of John Dogget once again," says Patrick.
Meanwhile, Moviehole has posted the rumor that the film, which would likely see David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson returning as well, now has a finished script, a director attached, and a filming start date at the end of the year.

Terminator 2: Judgment Day and The X-Files TV star Robert Patrick has reconfirmed to the Houston Chronicle that he's interested in participating in the The X-Files 2 feature.
One part he didn't have to work too hard for was John Doggett, his character in the final two seasons of TV's The X-Files" Rumors persist that series creator Chris Carter is looking into another X-Files movie, something Patrick would welcome.
"I love that character," Patrick said. "For the record, I loved doing The X-Files. It wasn't my idea to let that show go. ... I thought that we were still doing well enough to keep it on the air."
If there is a movie "and they ask me to come back, I'm there."
