Do you see that anymore? Both of your examples are from years ago. I don't remember a defense that has gotten a nickname that has stuck like that recently.

There is no "just defense." It is an entire unit. All facets. All phases. #birdgang

Get used to it. #birdgang D is just as important as #birdgang O and #birdgang ST. They are a TEAM, across the board.

The D supports the O like crazy, and the O supports the D. Didn't you see Larry down in the endzone tackling Sanders after that fumble return? Didn't you see the D picking up Ryan Williams last week when he coughed up the game, or so we all thought?

They are a unit. A gang. A freaking #birdgang.
