That read this board.
First of all thank you for turning this around. The defensive effort has been awesome (sorry even I hate that adjective) since the bye.
The big offensive line is finally showing us, the sixtyniners and bengals what it was intended to do. Damn, blowing holes and wearing down defenses. Marcell running his AZ off. This isn't vogue anymore. Too much finesse these days on offense. I used to (before moving to AZ) love watching John Riggins do this same thing. Wearing down defenses until they couldn't stand up. Then he freaking blew through them. Shipp of course is a big key and it's good to see him prove to whoever what we already knew.
Now, please post the below on your bulletin board for next week.
I got it from a Pittsburg (sp) newspaper today.
SEATTLE -- The Steelers return home to play the Arizona Cardinals Sunday, which is appropriate, because when they look in the mirror these days, that is what they see, the Arizona Cardinals.
After losing their fifth in a row yesterday, 23-16, to the Seattle Seahawks, the Steelers find themselves among the worst teams in the NFL, even below the three-win Cardinals. Only three teams have a worse record than the 2-6 posted by the Steelers, who wallow where the Cardinals, Lions, Bengals and expansion Texans normally call home.
