Ha! I think we're both old enough to remember when Mods meant something else too although I think Austin Powers brought it to a more recent generation. I know you're against the OP's suggestion but would it help if Larry went to Andrew Bynum's barber? Fitz in a Beatles haircut, would you be willing to move him then?:)

I happen to like his dreads, thank you very much.

Here it is: Larry is a known quantity. He's a great player, the fans love him, he doesn't do stupid things that get him arrested outside a club at 2am, and, with a better QB and a few other things that are fixable, he's the guy who catches the ball with 30 seconds left in the game and gives the second effort that scores points to win us the game.

IMVeryHO You don't trade that for the surprise package behind door number 3.

Have you seen Bynum recently, he looks like the 5th Beatle. I don't know how long he'll keep it but I love it, yeah, yeah, yeah.

I can't say anything bad about Larry the person. He's been an incredible representative for our franchise and it's hard to put a value on what he's meant to us. But, if we don't find a way to be competitive soon the national media is poised to jump on us for wasting the guy's career. They're already making comments about this and it will just get worse. That's not a good reason to get rid of one of the greatest receivers of all time but it does lessen his value as an ambassador IMO.
