Goran to Miami......wonder how the details shake out versus the rumors.

In deal sending Suns point guard Goran Dragic to the Miami Heat, I'm told his brother, Zoran, is also outbound. @ESPNSteinLine first.

NBAtv reporting Goran to Miami.

That's not going to be a bad team, depending on what they are giving up for Dragic. Bosh is a perfect PF for Dragic, Wade is not a terrible fit with Dragic either (doesn't need the ball in his hands to be effective, but CAN be the secondary ball-handler), Dieng is a better Tucker. Intriguing enough for me to watch some Heat games this year.

In a potential three-way deal, ESPN sources say Phoenix is close to acquiring Brandon Knight from Milwaukee before the deadline

Now it makes more sense but what freaking picks did we throw in there? Also, you still have two PG's and no shooting guard. Still scratching my head a bit.

We gave up the Lakers pick (it goes to Philly). I don't like it.

Green and Goodwin share the shooting guard duties, unless Knight starts next Bledsoe which means Goodwin gets minutes as PG... As per Hornacek's statement when they drafted him saying they see him as a modern PG type...

Could explode as a scoring PG, I'm high on Goodwin.

At this point it's probably best to wait for all these trades to settle. A new wrinkle keeps coming out.

Pretty sure Goodwin will still no play this season.

Bledsoe and Knight will start, Green of the bench and then Knight will slide to PG.

Like last season with Goran..

I hope we waive or buyout Thornton but if we don't he will probably be infront of Goodwin and Bullock still.

Which is making a similar mistake all over again. Knight is no SG even probably more so than Goran. Knight has a decent 3PG% and is taller...maybe in the Suns eyes that qualifies him as a SG.

Knight even has better defensive PER than Bledsoe when guarding PGs. What is interesting is that Bledso has a better defensive PER when guarding SG's where Knight basically has not done it.

This might be nothing more than a try out to see who they want as the future PG. No way both the guys are on the roster long term.

Bledsoe is 5th in defensive RPM among PGs.

Brandon Knight is 37th behind his teammates Kendall Marshall and Jerry Bayless.

I didn't say anything about +/- and that varies greatly depending on who you play with. I was referencing defensive per which sums up the average scoring success of people you guard.

Not that it's the be all end all but there is zero indication that Knight is a good fit to play SG.
