EIGHT turn overs by KD alone. Seriously, we cannot keep turning the ball over. They need to revamp this offense. KD, Durant, and Book should only get the ball when they are open after the PGs set up the offense.

That's the point I was trying to make. KD is mostly a shooter at this stage of his career, a very expensive shooter.

It's obvious we need to play hard like we do when we are down late in games trying to dig it out. We have to play hard from the opening tip, until the last buzzer. We came out lethargic. We were behind the whole game.

Solve for slow, small and soft and I bet you that would work wonders for our turnovers.

I was looking for something catchy to add to your description that would include turnovers, but I'm drawing a blank.

We could change this with KD. We run the offense through him. Other places he's played, they played him like a shooter. Everyone else ran the offense, and they threw the ball out to KD to shoot. He's a shooter. Play him like that.

Maybe we could get Alvin Adams to teach him.

I don't think Bol Bol being out caused the problem. Now, if he were waived, that might be another matter.

And add a couple of athletic big men as well.
One of the podcasts I listen to went through all the guys we have to trade, and who is available at their salary range, and it's slim pickings. I don't know if there is a trade out there that helps us. Ryan Dunn hustling on defense is an answer if Bud would go for it. Maybe mix Oso in a few minutes each game. At least both rookies bring the energy.

KD is set in his ways. We've tried taking him off the ball and it hasn't worked. He does what he wants. The only tike that's lead to real success is when he had Steph, Klay, Iggy, and Draymond surrounding him. It's failed everywhere else. Saw it multiple times tonight. He'd get the ball and start driving when anyone else would have passed it. When he does pass it, it's rarely on center. Lackadaisical is the best way to describe his passing. Even basic A to B passes within 6 feet of each other in front of the logo he'll toss it into a dribble for the other player so they can't catch it still.

At least give me a couple of token athletic big men that aren't nailed to the court. These layup drills are getting old.
