Troy Niklas ankle injury (minor)

My wife just forwarded me a FB message from Jurecki saying that Niklas rolled his ankle during mini-camp and needs a minor procedure done on it, but should be ready for camp.

Here's hoping he shakes the injury bug!!

This makes it sound like the removal of this "tightrope" in his ankle is part of the process. I kinda doubt that's actually the case. Sure hope this doesn't come up again and cause him to miss more time.

Maybe Fells will be our Sleeper Superstar. He may have to be.

This is a simple out patient procedure like removing scar tissue, nothing more.

And he wasn't over drafted. He came out early and was seen as round one material if he stayed an extra season.
