reminds me of turning off the TV in the old days- just to turn it back on watching with my fingers locked over my eyes- peeking through the slits--- then that thought-- maybe we can get 6 turnovers in a row and slop our way to the playoffs---- legendary.

We've actually entered the "suck for Luck" sweepstakes today. This team will not be good again for a long long time.

I have not missed a snap since 1988, that a long streak. Not to take a leak not grab a sandwich...nothing. Preseason, regular season didn't matter I have seen them all every one of them. Today I walked out of the stadium (metrodome) with 4:22 left in the game. If the viking would have scored on their first position after the half I told my wife we are heading to the train back to mall of america and heading straight to the sports bar to drink and watch some real football. My streak ended today...

I sat through the heat at SDS I sat through 49 nothing at KC live, I sat through 44-6 in cleveland (live) and Atlanta last year dont remember the score (live). I love football that much but today I was finally broken down. I told my wife this was the only game I have ever been to and didn't enjoy watching the game.

You guys are all better than me. I went golfing this morning, caught the score on the radio on the way back home, deleted the game off TIVO, and took a nap.

What's the use? This team having 2 division winning seasons has spoiled me.

I did basically the same. A friends 50th birthday golf outing. Hit delete on Tivo the minute I got home
