It might be. I wake up at 4am now. I can't really work out yet, so I watch tv. I'm pretty sick of Mike&Mike and Espn, so I sit back and watch a classic movie. Yes, I'm watching classic movies at 4am in the morning.

Then after my ZipFizz kicks in I'm pumping iron. I'm done working out and inside making my juice and eggs by 6.
