Injuries are a big part of the game of football. Players miss time and often do not participate in practices. A player might miss practice, but that doesn't mean that he will not put in a hard days work.

Check out Cardinals assistant trainer Freddie Carabajal as he works out the Cardinals walking wounded in Flagstaff.

I can certainly vouch that he has had them working pretty hard.

Love the thinking here, make sitting out worse than practicing so its not a free ride on the sidelines. Gives me a glimmer of hope that Boldin's injury is not just money related. I hate having to wonder if that's the case...

If the picture above is what I remember, it is one of my favorite moments of last year. Watching Watson get 30 yards down the field for that fumble recovery was great. You don't see that many NT's do that.
