IF he doesn't get hurt, he's the type of QB that can play a little longer because he's never depended on a rocket arm. He's not going to have to modify his game once he hits that wall. If his legs/back/whatever hold up, there's no reason he can't make it to 40(ish).

No, I don't think Warner will ask for an insane amount of money for next year, but rather ask for 2 or 3 years on the deal

He's stated he wants to retire a Cardinal and wants to take this team places. Plus, he is an upstanding guy, not like some ghetto thug managed by Drew Rosenhaus

Kurt is where he should be and at his age there will not be a lot of teams offering him big contracts for 2-3 years. He knows our system. We have the best receivers in the league and he apparently likes Airizona. Kurt is not a poor man and will likely stay in Airizona. You never know? He might even retire. Every thing is based on his ability to stay healthy in any event. If we come close this year he will likely want to stay here and finish it off. He sure will not want to go to a losing or middle of the pack team. The big teams have QB's. I very much see him in Airizona if he plays football. I sure want him back. I like Matt but not based on his abilities in the NFL but on his potential in the NFL. We have suffered long enough to deserve to have a QB who can win the division back to back and take us to who who knows where.

People are also forgetting about evolution and modern medicine. Athletes are playing longer every year in just about every sport now.

Evolution has absolutely nothing to do with this discussion. Unless you just meant the evolution of modern medicine.

It just seems to me, that alot of Kurt, this year, is about him (in his head), and the truth is, nothing coiuld be further from the truth..
