Watching the Game

I just moved from California to the Pacific Northwest........ Seahawks fans aside, I love it. However, my family and I are cutting back and not only will we not be paying for Sunday Ticket, but cable in general.

Which brings me to my question...... Does anyone know where I can watch the game on the internet? I can connect my laptop to my TV, but I need someplace to watch it. Any help is appreciated.
