I thought about this all week and I agree. Skelton will play well and Whiz will be bashed for not having played him the last few games. Or, Skelton will play poorly and Whiz will be blamed for being the reason John lost his game (or his confidence or whatever). One way or the other, Whiz will be blamed. Not that I feel too sorry for him, one way or the other he's had a lot to do with putting us in this position. I still like the guy and think he draws way too much criticism but he is far from blameless in this mess.

Steve

I'll always like Whiz for getting us to the Superbowl. Hell, I'd like him just for making a complete asshat of Chris Colinsworth when he called us the worst team to ever make the playoffs. That said, he's paid the big bucks to be the one responsible for this debacle. To his credit, for the most part he usually says as much. And i don't blame anyone who is only watching at this point to see Whiz go down. The organization is lucky anyone is watching this team at all. For any reason.

Hoping your team loses is a loser attitude in my opinion. I always root for a win and always will.

No guarantee a higher pick does anything for you. However, playing better and winning some games does instill confidence and hope for the future.

Dont worry. Nobody needs to hope for losses. This team doesn't stand a chance of winning another game. 24-0 Seahawks....
