Don't know how many know, but Jon "Bermuda" Schwartz actually grew up in Phoenix ... north central area I think. He's a really cool guy. We're trying to get Bermuda hooked up to do a drum clinic when they come to town. Non-drummers are welcome to come. Bermuda doesn't really do drum clinics ... it's more about being a professional musician, as well as discussing how he held down a corporate job with Westwood One for years while touring the world with Weird Al.

Look for notices if we can secure a date and time!

I'm a huge weaird al fan he is one of the best entertainers of all time I first became a huge fan of him when I saw him in uhf still one of my favorite movies lol. Also Michael Richards was great in that movie as the crazy janitor LIFE IS LIKE A MOP LOL I love that line.

I saw Weird Al twice. He opened for Power Station (or Duran as I used to call them) back in '85.

I saw him again in 88 or 89 where he played at the 1 year anniversary party for the old Phx top 40 radio station Y-95.

He does seem to have that Dick Clark anti aging thing going for him.

Show was great. The Al TV bits that are played during his shows were hilarious, especially one ripping on Kevin Federline. Tons of outfit changes done very quickly. Did lots and lots of material - old and new. Encore was "Albuquerque" complete with some funny ad-libbing. The man is a genius (and not only in France) !!

Great 4th of July concert at the San Diego County Fair in Del Mar. Again - Al played all of the old stuff and still played songs from Alpocalypse.

Started just before 9:30 and didn't end until 12. Didn't hold back one bit.

Encore was The Saga Begins and Yoda.
