The team made it quite clear how it felt. I seriously doubt, even if he somehow way, way belatedly shows some kind of remorse, that BASK changes their minds.

Exactly, because if this is a possibility, the Cardinals would have never cut him immediately from the team and would have held onto him till the end of the season. They dropped his ass with a vengeance for an accumulation of things Floyd probably did leading up to the incident and that was the final straw

Mike ,as bad as he is, will get an offer...if he hasn't already. No team would announce his signing while he's currently under house arrest...that'd be dumb.
He's a practice star and a game day bust.

I agree he might even have to wait until after game one so his salary is not guaranteed. Maybe a camp injury could get him a look as well.
