B- really. Recruiting was better than expected on the turnaround, schemes were generally sound. Norvell as OC was hit-and-miss, and I think Graham is paying a "young OC" a bit. I'm OK with that if he continues to improve. Defensive staff did wonders with secondary depth challenges that would've sunk other ASU coaches (and have in the past). ASU spent much of the year in 80 percent press coverage with 3 cornerbacks. In the past, that was usually a recipe for 5 or less wins. ASU probably should have beaten Missouri. It's the only game that I thought was a bad loss. The rest, even the UCLA game, I thought ASU played better than available talent.

I'll give Graham a "B" based upon first year results. It's nice to have a winning season. I agree ASU should have won the Missouri game.

Graham definitely exceeded expectations. Just one or two plays away from beating Missouri and UCLA, and playing for the PAC12 Championship.

I still can't believe how well the secondary played after what I saw last year. The staff really seems to know what they are doing on the defensive side of the ball. Offensively, I think midseason or so, most teams had our offense figured out. It lacked creativity and adjustments. So hopefully that will get better next year.

But most importantly, Graham created a positive vibe for the team, he worked his arse off, and the players bought in. So things are heading in the right direction. We'll see how we fare next year against the tough competition in the PAC12.

B, though I think he's a bit corny, love his enthusiasm and think that plays well in his arena.

Impressed at how quickly players bought into his program which was reflected in a much more disciplined team.

Would like to see him make some progress on this year's recruiting class, and his time management leaves much to be desired. Hopefully he improves on that, although hard to expect much at this point.

B+ - like where the program is heading and the discipline instilled into this team. Would like to give him a couple recruiting classes to fully see what he is capable of.
