The hardest thing about the transition from college to pros for a running back isn't running the ball, that's what they do. It's pass blocking against NFL pass rushers.

Grice happens to be a very good pass blocker, and should transition very well.

Absolutely no problem with this signing. But, the kid has to learn how to block in pass protection in order to be valuable. If he only runs the ball, then it is a useless signing. ASU, he rarely had to block.

If he can block blitzing LBers or Safties, then it could be an amazing signing,

It was part of our Canadian contigent, the dearly departed/self banned Crazy Canuck, who named those that always agreed with Mitch, The Mitchettes. I think I remember K9 referring to a certain poster as Mitch Lite as well.

Guernsey seems quite similar to CC in his approach/reproach. I've sometimes wondered if he could have moved accross the pond and resurrected himself.….. Nah that's too conspiracy for me.....

I guess he saw something a lot different than I did at ASU. He came out on passing downs, routinely,
