What I hope to see in TC and Pre-season

I hope to see this offensive line mesh seamlessly and and become the great red wall that we all had hoped to see for all these past AZ years. I want to see them be deep, and nasty minded, and imposing their own will on opponents as they move them about to open holes for our running backs.

I hope to see a healthy and strong Carson Palmer who is focused on leading this team to a Super Bowl.

I hope to see position battles throughout the roster that hones and chisels our starters to a razor edge, and develops a wealth of depth at each position.

I want to see the front office take advantage of our depth, to make a few key trades during TC and the Pre-season so that we are not simply cutting good players to play elsewhere. It would be nice to procure a veteran TE to lead this group, and even a veteran linebacker to help secure our defense.

Most of all, I want to see a totally focused coaching staff and veteran leaders on the field who will not tolerate laziness or poor performance. These guys should be ready and willing to do this thing from the beginning to the end. This is our best chance ever at going the distance and I want the entire organization working together to get it done.

I agree with all but one thing. Our best chance for winning it all was with Warner's throw to Larry with under 3 minutes to go. This team is built well enough to compete to go from day one. Better coach, better Online, better offensive unit and as good a defensive unit as last year.

The only 2 concerns I have are:

1) the new DC. Can he make the transition to a 1st year play caller at any level?

2) can 2 former Falcs elevate their games from a so/so to bad defense to a very talented one? Weatherspoon & Peters must contribute heavily, especially after losing Big Dan.

I think the offense will be dynamic, thus the defense determines if we hoist the Lombardi in the next 2 years.

I can appreciate all you who hope for no injuries. Injuries are an everyday part of the game, and they will happen, (hoped for or not). I simply want our injuries to be ones we can live with. That, to me, seems more reasonable.

This is what I would like to see. Also no injuries.

This exactly. I'm also unsure about cooper and the center position. Mostly cooper.

Number one of course is no injuries. I am hoping that somebody steps up as a pass rusher other than Okafor. I want to see Andre Ellington and David Johnson be a great one-two punch for us and both Shipley and Cooper be solid for the o-line.

My biggest hope for us this season other than winning the Super Bowl is that Carson Palmer stays healthy.
