Absolutely, but the leaks can easily be to drive up value of:
A rosen trade
a draft day trade down for picks
etc

we have no idea what they are trying to drive up the most and to me it seems they are driving up value of everything.

If you want williams, bosa or murray, you are worried about us. The cardinals are doing a good job making the #1 pick super value even when there is not an andrew luck type in the draft.

what I think has been communicated:

I think they have told Rosen something to the effect of "don't believe everything you see in the media this time of year" and that's it.

I also think its a near certainty his agent has called up Keim and asked if the team is committed to Rosen. I suspect Keim was non-committal ( …"yeah we are committed, but I also have to do whats best for the team").

I think this might explain the instagram thing: the agent told Josh that Keim didn't give the 100% commitment and Josh reacted.

Even David Carr was posting "I see you" meme type selfies when the raiders were interviewing Murray. Rosens silence kinda feeds my thought that we are all in with him but hiding it. We'll see.

I normally have a good idea about these things, but I have no idea what to think. I stopped guessing and have no prediction on what's going to happen.

Of course Rosen gains by speaking out ... A QB needy team would want him before OTAs begin. If Rosen keeps quite then that team (not knowing Rosen's status) would move on to another available QB or decide to go draft instead, then Rosen is SOL! His silence tells me, he will be a Cardinal next year!

Agreed.. but he also had a solid year that got them to the playoffs in the first place. His arm was crap, but he was able to manage a game better than anyone. Imo. I don't know if Rosen can do that, at this point in his career. Don't get me wrong.. I want to have a prolific defense that can go out and do the same. I just think we have to look how the game is changing as well.

The one year brady didnt play they were still juggernauts.

IMO Brady matters but this is Belichecks genius. Their gameplans change from one drive to another. They are the most flexible, well coached team of all time.

I don't think Belichick wins all the Super Bowls without Brady. I'm not even certain that Brady is the QB he is without Belichick. They have such a good understanding of each other and what needs to be done to be successful.

Watch....the Patriots are going to reestablish their offense around Edelman, James White, and their running game. And it's going to work. Every time we count the Patriots out, they reinvent themselves.

They didn't make the playoffs either. I don't doubt Belichecks genius. I just think he also has the benefit of working with a guy that will go down as the best ever. Like saying Walsch would have been as successful without Montana .. I just think Brady is the brain of that whole offense. He is more than just a QB. Imo of course.
