Look at Flores at the Fins and the identity he has stamped on that team. And their roster is no better than ours. In fact it's worse.
Yet from week 9 last season the Fins are 13-6. Mostly with Fitz at QB. With no RB worth a damn and scrub WRs.

I don’t see Kingsbury running over to the other sideline and want to kick somebody’s ass like Flores tried to do.
Mores the pity if that's what it takes to get some fire in this team.

why? They’re 3-1 against our division beat us and the Niners on the road and the Rams. And their division right now has a top three just as good if not better than the NFCW with a 9-3 Buffalo team, 8-4 Miami and 6-6 Patriots.
We are an offensive potpourri. An offense of 70 different plays every week where the same play is never run twice in a game no matter how successful because we want to show our offensive genius ingenuity and play design.
