and why.....give some examples if you wish.

I think the Chargers can turn their team around and compete for their division with this draft. Their needs are such that they can pretty much take BPA each round and fulfill those needs with plug and play players through their top 4 picks. A typical scenario after several mocks would be:

1 OT RONNIE STANLEY
2 DE KEVIN DODD
3 LB DARRON LEE
4 DT WILLIE HENRY

They have enough late round picks to trade up to grab another 4th round players too, such as a WR or S.

I think the Titans can get it together this year, not because of their obvious privileged position as being first to pick, but because they got their QBOF already in the fold, have areas of strong talent surrounded by journeymen. This can be the year they get right in a lot of positions, or can get a kings ransom for their top pick.

Oakland Raiders....

they have been on the rise and the strengths in this draft closely match the teams needs.
MLB...RB...CB...FS...backup OT with potential.

they will go either corner or mlb in the first...I am expecting corner....then a backer in the second...RB maybe in the third....safety will be a developmental player as will the OT...they need a guy who could possibly take over the left side for Penn in a few years so I expect they will draft a raw player who slid due to being at a small school or just not quite living up to potential.

as I said,...they have been improving...KC is older...and Denver is weaker..... while sandy eggo still has not settled on where they live. I expect Oakland to be in the running to win the afc west and at least score a bye for the playoffs.

The Raiders hit a homerun in Carr in my opinion and seem to actually have removed themselves from the distant voices of Al Davis :)

Cleveland could turn their team around with one good draft, if they trade their first pick for some high 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounders. This is a great draft for rounds 1-4/5, but very weak IMO after that. I would trade all my 6th and 7th rounders in order to move up or acquire another 4 or 5 round pick. For me, this year in particular, all picks after R5 are simply a waste with maybe 1 in the last 100 being an exception.

They need another stud WR to be really scary, or even a stud TE. If them, I would consider taking either of the #1 RBs or TEs in this draft if they should fall to them. They are close to being a scary offensive threat for several years to come, ala the Packers.

Hate to sat it but the Cowgirls drafting at #4 could go in so many directions. They could take a QBOF, RB Elliot, or DE. Unless the person they pick is a total bust they are in a good position. But then JJ is drafting so anything can happen.

Jags. Needing a few pieces on defense. Last years #1 pick DE/OLB Dante Fowler who was on IR is back. Probably take CB #1. Signed a slew of FAs. If Hargreaves/Jalen Ramsey ( projected picks) can play from the get go, and can draft for depth, look out. Worst case they grab Myles Jack. Grab an interior OL in the 2nd ( Ryan Kelly/Cody Whitehair step in players) Better in their div and drafting than Colts/Texans/Titans. Their latest picks (last 2 years) they have hit it big. They look like a playoff team.

Isn't obvious the Patriots with at least 11 picks will control the draft......again? They will replace Jones, grab some OL help, and a speed WR, a Blount replacement at RB. Typical Pats draft.

Niners have something like 11 picks and are picking 7th in the 1st rd. Balke has done a good job in the draft in prior years so our only hope is Chipper influences some of those picks.
