I think people could have gotten seats simular to SDS seat locations if the Cards had priced the tickets in the new stadium differently.

My problems is the sideline seats are all the same price, $75. So, a seat on the 10 yardline is the same as the seat on the 50 yardline. The ROH is also $75 from the 10 to the 10. They needed 3 levels of pricing, with the seats near the 50 being more expensive. Say, $100 for between the 40s, $75 for 40 - 20. Then $65 for 20 to endzone.

Also, the SDS lodge price was about $125, but the matching seat in club seating is $325 in the new stadium. That a huge difference. Many of the lodge ticket holders moved to the $75 50 yardline seats. There just wasn't a good pricing structure setup to get lodge ticket holders to transistion to simular seats in club seating.

There was just no reason not to want those $75 tickets so everyone no matter where their SDS seat was, targeted those seats and now many are unhappy, including me. I wanted ROH row 1 (Ticket holder since 1989 and had row 1 in SDS) but got row 3.

Very valid point. I think your analysis is probably why everybody went $75 seats, starting on the 50. Frankly, although I could afford the $325 seats, I think they are grossly overpriced. I also don't believe that food is included with the Club Level like with the loge. Club level seems to be geared towards Corporations, if you ask me.

When ever you have situations like this some people will not like what has happened and some will. Some will even hate the thought of being treated with what they see as indifferent attitudes.I remeber when the Suns moved into their new digs. The only priority was money. I went from downstairs to up escalators.

It all takes time and all mweill be well with our world of football. If you've been in the stadium there isn't a bd seat in the house. The sight angles are amazing. Let's all be thankfull we are well enough that our biggest problem now is where are we sitting.

We have 8 people in our group. The first appointment was Feb. 7, then we had two on Feb. 11, and the last one Feb. 15, so we all moved to the last date.

We had the rep start looking in sec. 110, we needed three back side isle seats, on the Cards side, near the main entrance towards the top of the main level. Nothing in 110, so we took sec. 111 rows 35-37 seats 17-18. I'll be in row 37, so AJCARDFAN will be walking the isle I'm on.

There were only two isle seats left in 111 after we picked, but there was some space left in the center.

We all upgraded, and from what it looks like, a lot of other long time ticket holders have done the same.

I'm not happy with how my seat selection went at all. I don't want to rain on the parade. All I'm saying is those cup holders better be extra sweet.

:mad::mad:

NEZ & Steve can I add you both to the ASFN list. I need the big 3 Section #, Row # & Seat #s!!!

445 Row 1, seats 1-2

We wanted Ring of Honor on the 50, but this is okay and we saved a hundred bucks a seat.

I am a little worried about the railing right in front of us.

Or I could just stand up the whole game....

Just found this site. So howdy! I guess one of the few rewards for having Cardinal season tickets since 1988 was early seat selection. I have been in the new Cards stadium and there isn't a bad seat, anywhere, period. I'm really looking forward to a very RED season in our brand new digs. Cheers!

Abomb, great seats! I've been looking at Section 117 too, its the new stadium's equivilant of Section 38. Were there any sets of 2 seats in front of you guys (we prefer middle of the row).

I pick Tuesday at 8:00. Hopefully, the Cards offices are closed Saturday and Monday for President's Day; if so, that means I'm Next!!!!! I'll be doing it by telephone, I don't want to do the 8 hour drive round trip. I want the end zone, still gotta get final approval on location from the boss!

Update--

After I got home, I pointed the "camera" to look at the seats. I was mostly curious if they were black or gray. Then I noticed a big piece of plexiglas right in front of the aisle and covering (at least some of) my field of view.

So back to Cards Headquarters we went.

Now we're in the Ring of Honor, Section 447 Row B.

Not midfield, but not too shabby.

Got Mine

Just got back, had 11:20 appointment 2/18.

Pretty pleased - Section 111 Row 35 Seats 9-12

A few seats left in 111 and 106 (about 10 in each) I imagine they'll be gone by now.

Also, overheard another salesman say that we we're in the top 50% for selecting meaning there's over half left to select.

Let me know if you're close
