The 49ers didn't accomplish a whole lot on offense, but they obviously did enough. I have to admit that at this point, I would have a lot more confidence in Shanahan's planning and in-game management capabilities than in KK's. I was rooting for the underdog yesterday, but I certainly don't like SF much. ;)
Shanahan grew up around the NFL.

Let's not forget that Kyle was both McVays and LaFleurs boss not too long ago. Looks like he still owns at least ones of them, even with a much inferior QB in the H2H sense.

They deserve it. That's a proper football team that beat you up and wear you down.

After we beat them in Week 8 they adjusted how they play and went 7-2 after starting 3-5. We did the opposite.

Its not how you start, it's how you finish.

Yes but largely they got healthy. Kittle back, the OL got healthy, the LB's got healthy, they still have some secondary missing but they were able to take off because they got healthy, and because Shanahan figured out Deebo as a WR and RB was a huge thing. It's interesting in one of the weekly 49er shows he said it was actually James Conner that inspired that. Conner had 3 TD's against the 49ers this year and Shanahan realized having a power RB with a nose for the endzone is a huge advantage, and he figured out on his roster that guy was Deebo.

I love this play

Why is that not illegal motion on 75? Does he not have to be set at that point because Williams is in motion?

Destiny to lose to San Fran in the NFCC game in our own house because we can't beat them? And then they move into our house for Super Bowl week? And win another Lombardi in our stadium?

I won't be able to recover if that happens dude. I'll need therapy. I'll become a recluse. I'll be forced to live in a van down by the river, breeding chipmunks and living off the land.
I think the Rams win, lose to Niners, and then Niners lose Super Bowl.

Looking back, Redskins had such an amazing Offense coach trio. How did you do that year?

Shows what a physical team can overcome. Jimmy G is not good. The offense did little. It is why they can beat the Rams. Punch them in the mouth and they hit back twice as hard. Where as the Cardinals fold quickly in that situation.

That would be the ***** Cards that beat the niners twice, right?

The CARDS are not playing the team they beat twice this season, and certainly didn't 'fold quickly in that situation.'
No they completely folded when it counted over and over again. The Rams manhandled them and they exited the postseason in embarrassing fashion. By their own admission.

Unfortunately for the Cards... for whatever reason we beat the Niners, that is a 'who cares' moment for 9er fans... they are playing for Conference title and a shot at the SB

and we are... nothing...

so, whatever, we just choke... it is the Cardinal way....

The 9ers ran them selves to victory in green bay Winter. I don’t know if we could have or not, seeing how our pro bowl running back was never used early. Now I’m lost on if anybody on the cardinals even see this problem? national media said it, but never mentioned by any Cardinal or Arizona media. We ain’t gonna change the coach or the mindset, we are doomed and they jave to earn my respect back, but they won’t, addicted to the pass, allergic to the run, golem golem, my precious! pass pass pass pass
