Bally’s Sports needs to go away
1. Bertrand Berry
2. Adrian Wilson
3. Aeneas Williams
4. Frank Sanders
5. Rob Moore
6. Larry Firzgerald
7. Patrick Peterson
8. Kurt Warner
9. Darnell Dockett
10. Ron Wolfley

Edit: I had to add Ron Wolfley and Aeneas Williams.

I really didn't become a serious Cardinals fan until the season we signed Bertrand Berry from Denver. He went on to have, 14?, sacks that first year, and I was a huge fan from then on. What I really remember from the Plummer pre-Green era was watching Rob Moore and Frank Sanders make catches to keep us in or get us back into games. To Hollywood, it was that one amazing catch a game that Sanders would make that would keep me watching even in my pre-knowledgeable about football era.

1) the real #81...Roy Green:D
2) Fitz
3) Aeneas
4) Baby face Jimmy Hart
5) Quan
6) the Grand Cannon...Neil Lomax
7) SFA Larry
8) Mr. Cardinal #8
9) Kurt
Tie 10) always open Tilley
10) Stump

I had him :D
I saw that but couldn't decipher SFA

As an afterthought, can someone explain Frank Sanders being on their list. I thought of him at the time as making one absolutely spactactular catch each game but dropping the ones that hit him in the hands.

That guy could flat out play! He was good....

I'd have to take Dobler off the top 10 ... Mel Gray has got to be in there somewhere..

I love Frank Sanders. Good not great player. Almost 7,000 yards in 8 years here.....

He dropped a few but was definitely a decent WR. Even more than that he was a wonderfully nice human being. I could see someone liking him enough to be in his top 10. Hell his one handed catch against the Cowboys in the playoffs is worthy of being on it :) (although he's not on my list)

I can't believe it took just as long for anyone to mention Larry Wilson. Just the fact that he is in the HofF and personally invented the safety blitz, by accident I might add. The story I heard was that he simply got caught up at the line of scrimmage when the offense went to a quick snap. He was so at of position he had no choice but to go ahead and blitz. I suppose he sacked the QB and the rest is history. Safety Blitz = Larry Wilson

And let's not forget he once played an entire game with 2 broken arms...casts on both arms...that's a tough dude. How many NFL players would do that today?

What about Jackie Smith................the mans a HOF player and hardly anybody mentioned him.The Cards had great pass catchers for several years during the 1960`s
Jackie Smith TE
Sonny Randle WR
Bobby Joe Conrad FL
Charlie Johnson QB.......then Johnson would get injured and Terry Nofsinger would have to start at QB and the Cards would fall out of contention.Seems like the Cards went the whole 60`s without a star on the D-line and a real pass rush threat.

Charlie Johnson & those 2 WRs always get lost in the shuffle...but I'm damn sure Duck would probably have all 3 on his list.

I know this list is opinion based, but I find it absolutely crazy that anyone wouldn't have Fitz on a top 10 Cards list.

In no particular order: Q, Fitz, Gray, OJ, Sonny Randle, Bobby Joe Conrad, Jim Hart, Dave Meggyesy, AW, Roger Wehrli. Gosh there really are so many, how can I leave off Lomax?

How can you take Randle off the list? 60 Tds on 320catches 4 time pro-bowl and All-pro 1 time.Larry Wilson has to be one of the All-Time Great Cards.Top Card IMHO.

Dont get me wrong. I like Sanders and even thought about putting him on my list but in the end it was so frustrating to see him make Fitz-like catches and drop the easy ones.

But I guess you can make the same argument about Plumer and his behind the back pass. Man, I loved that 98 season.

1 Larry Wilson (Never saw him play but come on...the guy is legendary)
2 Aeneas Williams
3 Kurt Warner
4 Larry Fitzgerald
5 Anquan Boldin
6 Darnel Dockett
7 Larry Centers
8 Eric Swan
9 Adrian Wilson
10 Jake Plumer

btw, I am both shocked and appalled that I am the first to have Larry Wilson on the list. The guy is STILL a Cardinal for Heavens sake! :)

I am amending my list...the '98 season is in the 5th spot and pushes everything else down.

New Order:
1 Larry Wilson
2 Aeneas Williams
3 Kurt Warner
4 Larry Fitzgerald
5 The '98 Season
6 Anquan Boldin
7 Darnel Dockett
8 Larry Centers
9 Eric Swan
10 Adrian Wilson
