I fell on my knees with under two minutes to go. Tears welled up, then my sons lifted me over their heads and I tasted victory.

I didn't cry, I just sort of sat there and stared into nothingness. My Dad who has NEVER sent a text message in his life sent me a text saying "hell has frozen over", indeed it had, the Cards were in the Super Bowl and he was texting!

I teared up some, but probably would have more if I had others to share it with. Don't get me wrong, I have friends :D, just no one here knows my (our) pain. It is all Alabama and Auburn. Not many people care much about the NFL.

I cried like a little girl. My first game this season. Ticket holder for 5 years but had to give them up this year due to finances. Of course the year I give them up we go to the playoffs. I just got laid off this week after I somehow got through to buy a ticket. I was tempted to sell it.

Thank you to all past cardinal players who got us where we are today!

Being from Alabama, I know how you can explain this to them. Just tell them the NFC Championship Game and this Super Bowl is the Arizona Cardinals' 1926 Rose Bowl.

They'll get it then.

Holy crap! I cried over sports for, literally, the first time in my life today. Words can't describe the joy!

:fans:

yup... I balled my eyes out on my father's shoulder for about 30 seconds when they started playing WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS.

A beautiful moment.

What?
Not like bawling or anything but my eyes got watery and I had to keep wiping them. I think it was the confetti, I may be allergic to that stuff.
