Any way I slice it we are facing GB in rd 1. Looks like there will be two back-to-back games in rd 1. I see DAL facing PHI also. Wonder if that has ever happened before? Also wonder how Whiz would approach the last game.

I totally overlooked the fact that DAL/PHI would play back to back too. That is mind boggling.

IF the Cards can't do any better than the #4 seed and the Pack can't do any better than the #5 seed by week 17 then I say every single 2nd, and 3rd stringer plays 60 minutes for the last game.

I have no idea.

The Cards have shown they can beat elite teams, road or home, and suck against mediocre teams.

Completely depends on which team shows up.

Dallas. In the playoffs if Romo isn't bobbling the snap, he's missing wide open receivers. He simply cannot win a playoff game.

Dallas - Bring it.

Even though Collinsworth just crowned them the best team in the NFC, I'll take my chances.

Be careful what you wish for...

Last year, Atlanta was "delighted" to be playing us. BUT...they WEREN'T very delighted at the end of the game. I'm with Timm R. Just HAPPY to repeat as WEST CHAMPS!! GO CARDS! :D

Week 17 is going to be very interesting.

If Dallas beats Philadelphia, and the Giants beat the Vikings, then we could knock Green Bay out of the playoffs altogether with a win, get the #3 seed, and would then play the Giants.

Same scenario with Philly beating Dallas: We still play the Giants, but as the #4 seed, while Dallas would be eliminated and Green Bay would play Minnesota.

If Minnesota beats the Giants, we play Green Bay and Dallas plays Philadelphia, regardless of the outcomes of our week 17 games, although the winner of the Dallas/Philly game would be #3 seed. The Giants would be eliminated.

Giants/Vikings is a big swing game for several teams.

I shutter to think about how many 'puke' fans would be in UoP should the Cards play them in the playoffs

I think many of them are going to think really hard about overpaying for tickets this time. They were pretty miserable after last year's game. And, they didn't bring the homefield advantage they thought they would. I guarantee you the guys who sat behind me won't be back.

I know Falcons and Eagles have different fan bases, but at last years playoff games I can't even remember seeing a Falcon fan at that game and maybe a few thousand at the Eagle game

Anything but at Philly in January. There is a reason there will never be a Super Bowl in a non-dome northern venue.

anyone except the Cowpies

At first glance, I just want to be healthy.

After further review, I want to play a team that we don't have to worry about opposing teams filling up our stadium. It would be lovely to whoop the Cowboys again, but a team like Giants would be nice.

I want Dallas. I want to destroy them, I want all the Cowboys fans I work with to talk **** all week long, then cry on Monday and blame the refs for us beating them by 52 points, I want to keep their no playoff wins in the last 10 years streak that WE STARTED going. I hate that team, if they were on fire I wouldnt pee on them to put them out. I hope that stadium collapses when nobody is in it. I hope Valley Ranch burns down. I hope Wade Phillips doesnt get fired. Did I mention I hate that team?

I think we have to play one of the better teams. We tend to fold against easier teams. We lose to Car, SF and Tenn but win against the Giants and Vikes. Last year we rolled against the falcons, panthers, and eagles.
