I am a long time fan of this team, but I would rather them go 0-82 next year and realize they have to blow it up and adopt a new philosophy that is completely foreign in the ENTIRE HISTORY of this organization, than for them to go 55-27 and get booted in the 2nd round again. What some of you don't understand is that the longer they have this mediocre level of success, they will never realize the need for wholesale changes. So, I am not opposed to them getting shut down by the Knicks....

Since the Suns do not have their 2010 first round pick, if the Suns are going to fall apart, they better do it now. I'm fairly sure Kerr did not put any protection on that 2010 pick. However, the Suns should try to do a deal with the Thunder to get that pick back before they completely fall apart.

What kind of fan wants to see their team lose? That's plain stupid.

When it's for the long term betterment of the home team, like forcing the GM to make necessary personnel changes or for better bracketing in the playoffs (getting a preferred match-up) or for getting a better draft pick (like in the lottery). I'm not a proponent of it, but there are definitely rare times when losing helps the home team win long term.

This team isn't that far away to wantthem to lose. We aren't hoping for a high draft pick. (that we don't have anyway) Wanting them to lose right now is plain silly.

Celtics fans wanted to get the top pick two years ago, they wanted to tank. they ended up with jeff green, who was used to trade for kg. The hawks tanked to get the horoford pick as well, but suns fans should remember that. Think their fans wanted those picks? The suns may never be able to win with kerr/porter running things, both are very inexperienced. If they cant win, I'd like it to be evident as soon as possible so they can blow it up and get someone else with more experience/success at coach and GM.

i'm almost positive that pick was traded before it was turned into jeff green. it was also traded to seattle (now OKC) for Ray Allen, not KG.

we have this year's pick. and yes, dream, they are that far away. we're a worse version of the post-dynasty-Bulls-Jazz/post-dynasty-Lakers-Kings.
