You can throw out Bethel's college work. Between the coaching and the competition it didn't leave him NFL ready or even close. He's a solid tackler with good speed. He had nagging injuries through the last half of last season but still made progress. He'll get beaten some, as most corners will, but he can be at least an average corner. Williams has a future at corner and could be a good one. However, if they start him now he will likely get beat like a drum. That could ruin him forever. Better to work him in here and there letting him get some serious work on special teams. It may be his job eventually, but hopefully not this year.
