I am past the point of wasting any emotions on this crap team. I just expect the worst decision to be made.

No. I will be furious, though, if the opposite happens (we keep our old GM and get rid of Whiz).
Keeping Graves is the worst possible scenario for me.
A worse scenario: Replacing him with Matt Millen.

Angry Monday?
Odds (assumes action taken/announced Sun. or Mon.):
- Both Wiz and Rod sacked. - 5%
- Rod sacked, no new GM named . - 10%
- Rod sacked. New GM named. Newbie fires Wiz - 2%
- Rod sacked. New GM named. Announces that Wiz stays - 3%
- Rod stays / fires Wiz - 10%
- Rod stays/says Wiz stays - 10%
- Rod stays/defers decision on Wiz - 15%
- Michael defers decision on Rod and Wiz - 45%
Bottom line - It's highly unlikely that any decision would be made immediately after the final game and even slimmer odds that a new guy would be appointed by then and eensier, teensier odds that a new guy would be appointed who'd immediately announce that Wiz would stay. So what's to be angry about on Monday?
I will be upset if Bidwill doesn't hold Graves and Whis accountable for the situation they have put themselves in regards to the QB and cooresponding lack of offensive production.
Now, I don't believe that this requires firing Whis. I will be upset if this team does not give power back to the front office in regards to personnel, and does not put a person in power who has significant scouting and personnel experience. I will be upset if the front does not require Whis to bring in an experienced offensive coordinator to implement and run the offense. I will be upset if that coordinator is not able to bring in coaches to help with the transition.
This.
As always, the Voice of Reason Chopper. You have become my favorite commentator in this crazy place
I know that really makes you feel important (that you are my favorite poster). LOL
According to Yahoo Sports' Jason Cole, "word around the league" is that Ken Whisenhunt (Cardinals), Lovie Smith (Bears), and Jim Schwartz (Lions) are all expected to be safe entering the offseason.
The Cardinals have at least entertained the thought of replacing Whisenhunt internally with DC Ray Horton, but may instead keep Whiz and change upper-management roles, with VP of Player Personnel Steve Keim replacing GM Rod Graves.
HULK SMASH!Report: Whisenhunt, Lovie, Schwartz all safe
Hmm... "may" reads less like sourced comment and more like speculation.
No, but the vast majority of Whiz power over the roster should be removed, the offensive staff should be changed, and the new OC should have a huge say in the new QB coach, WR coach, and offensive line coach.
No more puppets like Miller or Billy Davis as coordinators.
I would also be disappointed if Keim was promoted as the GM. I want new blood, a fresh vision, and a new approach. I want someone who's background is very, very strong in the scouting.
Abso-freaking-lutely!!! Whis must be fired.
Im just raising my voice.I can't tell if you are yelling or not. Its big but not in caps.
