He needs to learn to hang on to the ball! The guy has boards for hands. It is so much part of big man play. I remember when Oliver Miller came out of Arkansas, his strength was his hands. The coach there said "He could catch a dime in the dark." It just seems that Len is the opposite of that.
He does, we've all commented on it several times through the past few years. He also doesn't know how to make himself available for a clean pass. Just look at how easy it is for Bledsoe, Booker, Ulis, Chriss, Dudley and Warren to all feed Williams either on the block of in the heart of the key. Eddie keeps saying we have to feed Len to keep the big guy engaged, I say to heck with that, keep the ball away from Alex.
