No team plays with a lack of urgency against the Timberwolves, they under estimated them, that is what this loss is a product of.

They played SO hard in Denver, it wasn't the normal rotation. That noncall could have gone our way and we might have won.

I must say I thought Denver did not play well the other night and the Suns still lost. I'm tired of the excuses. The Suns are losing close games for a reason and it is not just lucky shots by the opponents or bad calls from the referees. If the Suns were good they would be putting these teams away.

Maybe it is time to realize the Suns are not a real good team as constructed and coached.

Missed the game entirely so i can only look at the box score and assume:
Tired legs from Nash & Hill.(?)
A subpar game from JRich.(?)

Tired players, no defense and no rebounding. Sounds familiar. I expected JRich to be a more clutch 3 point shooter.

Actually, I think Suns played better game tonight than vs Denver. It's just we are short on fresh and useful bodies.

things that are laughable:

1. Kerr's plan to rest Shaq 20 games a season... and not getting a backup C on the roster.

2. The defensive mentality that Terry Porter's brought to this team.

3. Amare's ability to be "the man".

and you know what? With the Cardinals one game away from nirvana... I COULD CARE LESS!

Who would have ever thought the Suns would be a joke while the Cards were on their way to the Super Bowl.

Way to go SarvKerr!

Gotta hand it to you Suns fans, you surely know what you're talking about...

These game threads are jokes.

why get personal with the fans instead of just talking basketball?

Yeah i fully agree with 2 and 3. To be fair, Kerr drafted a Center......but he drafted one who can't play basketball.
I feel your excitement over the CARDS and i couldn't be happier for the die-hards who've suffered thru years of futility.
Being a RAMMIE fan since '79 and reaching that ultimate pinnacle in '99, i can fully appreciate your nirvana Cheese:thumbup:.
GO CARDS!

I want the Cardinals to get it done before I can breathe. I want it all. It is still hard to imagine the Cardinals possibly playing in the Super Bowl.

I'm glad I got a foot in each boat. The Suns are a real downer at this point in time.

they're going to the super bowl. no doubt in my mind.

as far as the suns, the more i see of them, especially close up, the less I care. I went to the game tonight and so much of what I love about the team, arena, colors, management are gone. The gorilla doesn't even bother getting the crowd up for the now abrieviated Mony, Mony moment... there's basicallyu ZERO purple in the team shop to buy (just nauseating orange everywhere), Jerry's gone and the team, well, it's just an uninspiring joke. I don't even get mad when they lose anymore. Maybe that will change one day... maybe when someone else owns the team or the club makes moves that make sense... but this team? They continue to push me away.

like I said, I never thought the Cards would bring me more joy than the Suns... but apparently it's finally a cold day in hell... and i'm loving every second of it.

depending on rookie who was wholly underwhelming in college doesn't cut the mustard as far as getting a backup C IMO. That's like saying Kerr got a backup PG because we drafted Dragic.

Aren't you one of those "shaq people"?

No, I didn't post until recently, I was always on another board but this one seemed more local since I live in Phx. I never really liked the trade until Richardson arrived.

Lol at the Cards fans coming in here and saying they don't care.

dude, I'm a Card AND Suns fan. But this Suns team just does nothing for me. nothing. zip nada. even HORRENDOUS Cards teams (in other words... most of them) still got a rise out of me. But at least those teams... eh forget it.

GO CARDS!

It's funny because not only does he prove it by suddenly "liking" the Cardinals , but he also proves it by not "liking" the Suns now.

"suddenly liking the Cardinals". That's almost as funny as ridiculous as everything else you post unless going to games for 20 years and living and dying with them for that long means "suddenly".

And it's not a matter of not "liking" the Suns right now... they just do nothing to make me care about them.

okay Newbie. You know all.

the idea that me, a Card fan who has bled red even though they've been an absolute horror show for 18 of 20 years, being a fair-weather fan is just about the dumbest thing I've ever seen someone say. No other way to put it, none.

wake me when Sarver sells this team so I can enjoy watching them again.
