I want to preface this by saying I love Q. He is my all time favorite Cardinal and possibly NFL player. I hope they extend them and think they will.

This could purely be the EA Sports Madden Football in me coming out, but if the situation between the Cards and Q becomes untenuable this offseason would you trade Q and our second (or whatever) to Philly for Sheppard, Dawkins and maybe a late round pick?

Again it's late and I know this is an extremely stupid topic so no need to point out the obvious but what do you think?

I wouldn't like that trade. Hood is doing great, Green seems to be doing fine, and DRC is being groomed for one of their places (Green's place most likely), so corner isn't our main DB concern. Brian Dawkins is a great player, but he's old. He had his 35th birthday not that long ago, so who knows how much is left in his tank.
