Hinrich + Tyrus Thomas + Sefalosha + 1st rounder for Amare?

I would do it because the way things are moving the Suns might lose Stoudemire for nothing. However, I'm not sure what their contracts look like.

Chicago would have to throw in another big...Tyrus Thomas rebounding is just awful.

Amare's rebounding is bad too. The draft pick the suns receive would most likely be used to grab a big man anyway.

That's true, but Tryus Thomas rebounding is worse(statistically) than Amare's.....everytime i see Tyrus Thomas play i want to:pullhair:. Thomas would be better off playing for an up-tempo team...

OT: If that deat were to go through I wonder who they would use that pick on? Hasheem Thabeet?

I proposed the same thing just a few days ago and few people noticed ...

If we really deal with the Bulls, I want Noah instead of Thomas. And it's deal breaker, no Noah, no deal.

And, give it a second thought, there is a serious problem in this deal. I like Hinrich, he is a capable PG, defending very well, come with a reasonable contract. But there will be serious playing time issue in backcourt, Nash, Hinrich, Barbosa, J.Rich. Impossible for them to co-exist happily.

We have to trade Barbosa, probably for inside depth. There is no way for the Bulls to take him. There has to be a seperated deal, or a multi-team one. Furthermore, I don't think we should/could trade both Amare and Barbosa. Can Nash stay focus and play his best basketball if all his buddies left?

This season, Barbosa has been extremely positive, do whatever asked to do, obey coach, get well with new teammates, improve his game, never complain, talk all positive and help team chemistry. In contrast, what Amare is doing?

I want the team hold on to Barbosa for any cost now.

Hmm, here is a new plan which might work better.

Noah, Gooden, Sefolosha, Lindsey Hunter.

The Bulls still like Hinrich so we pass on him, but stress our demand on Noah and the first round pick.

Then we'll take Drew Gooden. Arwillan will have a lot of negative comments on him. But it's OK, his contract is expiring. He will play hard and be good here to get a new contract in summer. And by all means, he is a better defender and rebounder than Amare.

Noah + Gooden is makes less than 10M, we need to take fillers to make it work. We should get Lindsey Hunter. The Bulls signed him not long ago, according to report by then, he is still in good shape. That'll give us a more PG depth, maybe less minutes for Nash.

Sefolosha is a decent young SG but no use for us, we can accept him, or take any other fillers.

It definitely works. I couldn't get a trade machine link because RealGM said, Hunter was recently signed a contract and as a result he cannot be traded until Feb 13, 2009. That's just within the deadline.

It's just a salary filler, if u dont like him, pick others.

Talent wise, Noah + one high lottery pick for Amare is fair.

I'm sorry, but u r completely wrong about "Lindsey Hunter hasn't played for 2 years". He is actually a firm rotation player in the Bulls.

Season Team G GS MPG FG% 3p% FT% OFF DEF RPG APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG
08-09 CHI 20 0 11.6 0.342 0.357 0.600 0.1 0.4 0.5 1.7 0.9 0.1 0.85 1.40 3.4

That stats is better than Dragic or Dee Brown, 1.7 assists and 0.9 steal r very good for just 11.6 minutes. He played 5 games in Jan, 7 in Dec, I think his condition is definitely acceptable. An experienced veteran like him is typical microwave guy, excellent choice for playoff. Just like Gary Payton in 2006 Heat championship run.

1.7 assists in just 11.6 min. That is crazy. That would be like 5.1 in 34.8 min. HE IS AWESOME!!!

I'd probably do that deal but I proposed one close to that, in the Summertime so lol

I had Noah in deal and some extras for both Teams and minus the 1st Rounder but the players haven't played as well as i imagined... but Noah, Thomas, and Sefolosha were all players the Suns were high on at Draft time.

I doubt the Suns would want Nash, Hinrich, and Barbosa on roster now that they have depth at SG though... I believe in my Trade i traded away Bell; making Hinrich or Barbosa starting SG lol but the both of em coming of bench is a little too deep??

Noah??? Really??? Besides, if the Suns got a high lottery pick and that pick was a bust...that deal begins to sound really really bad.

3 busts and a first round pick for Amare, yeah right.. and some Suns fans here seem to like it, I will quit visiting this forum, reading all this crap lately is unbearable, at least the Cardinals forum makes up for the ******** that is going on here.

I would do that one in a heartbeat, but I am a Bulls fan. Although, I would rather keep Thabo and give you Gordon. Then you would have three guys with deals that end at the end of the year and a cheap Noah.

We need to trade Amare before everyone officially realizes he is not that good. The big mouth was all for running the coach out of town that made him look good now we are getting to see the guy just isn't as good as many thought, see David Lee putting up Stat like numbers since DA took over in NY. We need someone that doesn't just stand their on the defensive end and actually put forth some effort. I hate Amare right now he has been mailing it in for awhile now!
