My first game was Dec 17, 1989 at SDS. We lost to the Broncos, 37-0. Ouch.

I can still remember a play fake up the middle from inside the 5 very late in the game, the entire cards defense biting on it, and a Denver back running around the end to the corner pylon without a Card defender within 10 or 15 yards.

My first game was Cards / Cowboys at Texas stadium. The boys were terrible, they had Pelluer at QB, Herschel at RB and who the heck knows everywhere else??? The Cards had Lomax, Roy Green, JT Smith, Novacek. I think Stump Mitchell was the featured back.
I was living in Lubbock at the time and I convinced some guys at work that it would be a great weekend away from the wives & kids.
The Cards scored a late TD to win 16-10 I think? All I know for sure is that I was one proud S.O.B. walking out of Texas stadium with my bright red "retro" Cards jacket (you know the one that was current back in 88 or 89, all red with buttons instead of a zipper, and 2 stripes around the biceps) hearing all the mumbling and catching a random piece of ice or popcorn in the back of the head.
What a great day!!

My first game was the Cards vs Eagles at Busch stadium. O'Donoghue won it with a FG. Curtis Greer broke Ron Jaworski's leg in the first quarter. I believe it was in 1982.

On a sunny October day at Owen field, Barry Switzer and the sooners shut down Pittsburg and some guy named Tony Dorsett. I guess it was 76' or 77'. I was a little, little kid.

Back when I lived in Buffalo, I went to a Bills-Raiders game and the Bills won!

Of course I dont remember the specifics because I was only 5 or 6 years old.

My first game was Edgewood (elementary) School vs. Fox Meadow School in Scarsdale, NY. Edgewood wore black unis with gold-gilt helmets. Fox Meadow wore all red. (Both sets of pants were the privately bought tan-colored ones. Helmets were all leather. Forget about face guards).

I was three at the time.

I thought that the huddle was the play and the play "just a bunch of players running around."

My first game was an Arizona Wrangler game at some point in the USFL's inaugural season.

I loved going to those games, my Dad and I always made a big day of it.

Brophy vs. St Marys 1977. I still swear by Friday Night Football. There was nothing better when I was a kid. Still isn't.

As for our Cards my first game was against the Pats in 1991. One of our four victories on the Tom Tupa Cards.

My first football game live was a CFL game.......Edmonton beat Hamilton 35-33.

My first NFL game live was last year's Bills/Cards game.......I froze my arse off to see the Cards give about 25% effort.....not nice. Hopefully they'll do better when I watch them in Indy.......

What a great day!!

If that was the game in 1988, I was in the Cowboys Band that season...I think that was the game where the Cards scored a touchdown in our end of the stadium, I stood up and screamed (with the Cowboys Band director's back turned), and the Cardinal player held the ball up to me.

I thought for sure I was going to be fired...

My first game was LSU vs. Ole Miss. It was my first job at the age of 11, selling seven-ups to the rowdy and drunk LSU fans. Hell they only wanted half the bottle of seven-up because the other half of their cup was already filled with alcohol.

BTW, it was also hallowen night and I got to watch Billy Cannon run a punt back for a TD to beat the Ole Miss Rebels, and that's how the hallowen night run became LSU lore.

Been a Tiger fan ever since, even went to LSU to study criminal justice.

First Cardinal game was when they played in NO against the saints. Don't remember much about the game because the Cards lost.

My first game was a Raiders vs. Cards pre-season game.

All I can say is Cardinal fans got their a$$es kicked. Beer was thrown, fights where non-stop. I'm glad I was in the free food section (That's what I know it by at least  ). I got to see the fights and get free food!

This was about 2 years ago.

My favorite game was a Cowboys Pre-season game. I drank 12 free sodas that day and was sick as hell. (12 Sodas + 3 hot dogs + tons of rice krispy treats = disaster)

Plus, my two favorite teams played, the Cowboys and the Cards... Good times.

I remember seeing Bernie Kosar beat UCLA in the Fiesta Bowl back in the early 80s.

Also went to a lot of Arizona Wranglers games.

My first NFL game seen live was Cards vs. Eagles 1998.

My first Cardinal game I watched on TV was in 1975. We beat the Jets 37-6. I was just a kid and my dad was teaching me how first downs work and so forth. I dont think I actually went to one in person until 1984, when the Cardinals beat the Redskins in 1984 at home, on a last minute field goal. That game also featured a 1 play TD drive on a bomb to Roy Green, a big game since the Skins were in their prime at the time. (Then we lose later that year in Washington in the last week, on a win, division title or lose, out of playoff scenario. ODonaue misses the 50 or so yard FG on the last play. That one still hurts)

my first game was last season against the Ravens

We outplayed teh ravens, and the ravens didnt score an offensive TD, but had two defensive TDs as Blake hit i think it was Baxter right in the numbers. Ed Reed blocked and recovered a punt for a TD. Lost by a field goal. The weather was horrible. I knwo this sounds weird but the shirt i was wearing started to dissolve. If you pressed to hard on it, material would just fall off teh shirt. Never have had that happen before.

Vikings - Packers, outside at the Met, must have been mid/late 70s. I remember it being cold and I whined a lot. I have no idea who won. My dad didn't take me to another until the HHH Metrodome was up years later. After moving to AZ in 83, first game was the Wranglers in 84 against I don't remember who. My Uncle was part owner with Dr Ted Deitrich and slid me his sideline pass. I was on a date and made her go sit in the stands until I got thrown off the sidelines for not having my own pass. Girlfriend didn't last past that night and wouldn't even perform!! :D

First Cards game live was against Oilers in '88 in Houston. First game in SDS was Dec. 23 1990 against the Giants. We were on our way to Vegas to my Father-in-Laws house for Christmas. I made arrangements to get off the plane in Phoenix, take a cab to the game, and fly on to Vegas that night.

I'll never forget the lady at the Cards ticket office telling me we were getting great seats on the 40. ON THE EAST SIDE!!!!!!!!! We were completely surrounded by Giants fans. Never had 5000 people feeling sorry for me before.

Hard to believe its been 15 years and now I sit on the East side on purpose.
