- New ST coach.
- Resign Tony, Calais, & Chandler.
- Use 1st on Kizer & only Kizer if he's there.
- Promote Harlan Miller. Release Brandon Williams.
- Draft a CB in the 2nd.
- Draft a ILB in the 3rd.
- Draft a WR in the 4th. Possibly 5th too.
- Draft a G in the later rounds.
- Draft a RB maybe in the 7th.

That's it for me so far.

Start with a new ST coach.

Let Minter walk, find his replacement.

Draft QBoF in first two rounds

Sign/draft possession receiver.

If no Kizer, is there a CB worthy of first round? Or WR?

Sure...ignoring Harry's dream of cutting Palmer/Fitz and CC dream of firing BA...

Also, not cutting anyone outside of Bethel (try to restructure him) and maybe T Branch

OL - RG (draft or FA), some vet backups this time around
TE - re-sign Gresham, maybe Fells, late round draft/UDFA
RB - re-sign some of ours
QB - go for gold, if available in draft
WR - draft 1-2 big and fast, if possible; FA if possible (B Marshall when he is cut?)

DL - draft
OLB - Jones, re-sign Okafor, draft
ILB - draft, re-sign Minter (ugh), Sio Moore
CB - FA, then draft, 1-2
SS - re-sign Jefferson or Swearinger
FS - draft, FA

LS, P, K - we have those already (I think Cat is having a bad year mentally), but bring in real competition for P, K in camp

Replace ST coach

If Bowles gets fired in NY I'd say bring him back. I've never seen a DC so incapable of making halftime adjustments as Bettcher is.

I'm not down on JB like many others are, but if Bowles gets the axe, Arians HAS to make that call.

I start with the o-line remembering the guys that will be returning from injury. A proven center would improve this line.
I sign a big WR
I sign an ILB
I draft an ILB
I draft a CB
I draft or solve the QBOTF. Somebody better than Barkley because he only threw for 350 yds and 3 td's on a frigid day in Chicago. That's something Stanton has never done.
I would totally reaccess the entire kicking game. Punter, kicker and snapper.
I'd resign Jones , Jefferson and if CC if he would give us a hometown discount.

Didn't we almost win a Super Bowl with one of those DC's?

If for no other reason than to line him up as his eventual replacement.

Re-sign Campbell, Jefferson and Swearinger
Franchise Chandler Jones and hope he stays happy and see if he can deliver to be worth the long contract for a game changer
Either redo Bethel's contract or cut him, too much money for a guy who only has special teams worth
Pray Palmer stays but get proactive with the second and third string position, meaning get rid of Stanton and fill the depth with players who have a chance of being a starter
Get a solid vet corner, I do not want to see a rookie learn half way through a season no matter how good and cost us some games early
I have no idea what to do with Cat, kickers are strange
Release Amos Jones

Outside of your position by rounds, I'm onboard with this. If a stud ILB/CB is there in round 1, take them.

That draft is a recipe for disaster. I'm all about the BPA theory. If you draft for need you will undoubtable reach. Fill your needs in FA and draft the best players available no matter the position.

Been saying it off and on for awhile so here goes.

Minter gone.

Keep both CC and Jones if financially possible which I believe it is.

Move Deonne to SS.

Draft first round Reuben Foster ILB Alabama
Draft second round Adoree Jackson CB USC

My base defense is Campbell, Peters and hopefully Nkemdiche if he develops since I'm losing Rucker to FA. if he's not ready maybe Mauro who I think is better than Gunter.

The Lb's left to right Golden, Foster, Sio Moore and Chandler Jones.

The DB's are Peterson, Mathieu, Bucannon and Adoree Jackson.

the obvious risks are financial impact of keeping CC AND Jones, Sio Moore as a starting LB, Deonne moving to safety and another rookie starting at CB in Jackson.

My take, CC and Jones are still good players and worth the financial risk. Sio Moore was a very talented LB in Oakland, he got traded largely because they were trying to change the makeup of the team when Del Rio came in and Moore was a young cocky guy who would make great plays and then blow his assignment, Del Rio preferred a more consistent guy even if he was less talented. Since them Moore has played for the Colts and the Chiefs. I am hoping he has learned enough bouncing around the last 2 years to settle down, he's still a very good athlete. My hedge on Moore is obvious, if it turns out he's simply not the guy, you just move Deonne back to LB. I'd like to keep Jefferson if financially possible, don't know if that will work if not Swearinger, I'm not sure we can afford to keep both unless we release Bethel discussed below.

it's still a very fast defense, the potential for pass rush is outstanding with Golden and Jones and Campbell, Moore was a very good blitzer in Oakland, Foster is a great athlete. Adoree Jackson will be one of the 4-5 best athletes in the draft, his issue at USC has always been consistency he gambles too much, he loses concentration at times, he'll need coaching but what better guy to learn from than Peterson and in addition to playmaking ability at CB, he's an elite return guy 4 KO returns for TD's and 4 punt returns for TD's in his 3 year career.

On offense I'm assuming Palmer and Fitz stick around and I'm assuming we get Jaron Brown back in time for opening games. The tough part is not knowing John Brown who could easily retire but I'm hoping he sticks it out. Fitz, Jaron, Nelson and John Brown if healthy means you can draft a WR later on or pick up a guy in FA. If John Brown is not healthy that means WR becomes more of a priority.

Palmer at QB, David Johnson at RB. OL left to right is DJ Humphries, Mike Iupati, Evan Boehm, ?, and Jared Veldheer. RG really depends on WR if you have to draft a WR in the 3rd round you probably can't get a starting RG in the draft and need to sign one or start a current player none of whom have impressed.

Get a new long snapper and punter, keep Catanzaro. I'd try to keep Bethel but I'm not sure what you do there he's WAY overpaid as a ST guy and I don't think he can be relied on as a CB. I'd probably try to move him to S, his biggest issue at CB is tracking the ball in the air with his back to it, but I'm not sure he's just not a guy who's a ST guy only in which case you probably have to let him go.

At this point I think Kerwynn Williams is the backup RB.

See now we agree....I wrote that last week. I like him snd I would take Josh mcDaniels as coach. Or OC

Why are we getting rid of the LS? He has been fine, his only 'bad' snaps were in a Miami downpour and thise were still good enough for the kick.
