1. Damages/Breaking Bad
3. Robot Chicken/30 Rock/Weeds
6. Dexter

Until last season, Battlestar Galactica would have been up there but I thought good as it was, it slipped from the incredible heights it was at in previous years. Still probably comes in top ten along with It's Always Sunny/Family Guy and Lost.

I'm really surprised Sons of Anarchy hasn't gotten more love.

Best thing about FX , besides some good stuff, is that they actually have adult situations devoid of laugh tracks. Comcast has yet to put them on Hi Def tier.

I would add HBO's 24/7 and Hard Knocks series but since they are really specials instead of shows they are left off. If I were to add them they would probably be put in 4th but really close to Curb, it depends on who is being profiled.

You mean right now? I don't understand what you're saying here. It's a SyFy show that's on hiatus right now.

It does get tougher if you restrict your choices to shows that are currently airing new episodes this month. Tougher, but not impossible. All of these summer shows are worth watching, IMO.

1. Covert Affairs
2 The Glades
3 Haven
4 Rizzoli & Isles
5 Rookie Blue

Griffin's list obviously doesn't do that because he lists The Office, Modern Family and House.
